This pretty house is set in a peaceful, shady 5450m2 garden.


In the heart of the Golden Triangle, this house benefits from an exceptional environment,
with the most beautiful villages of Provence in the immediate vicinity.

The house is close to the vineyards and the forest, with lovely walks and cycle rides starting from the house.

Our house is in a quiet area near Goult and Bonnieux, quiet but not isolated.
From the centre of Roussillon: 30 minutes on foot along a pretty forest path, 12 minutes by bike, 6 minutes by car.
Numerous activities are available: hiking, kayaking, tennis, cultural visits, wine discoveries...

The house is cool in summer because of its traditional design.

WARNING1 FIRE
The risk of fire in the region is very high
=> only the electric barbecue provided is permitted: no flames outside, in particular no candles or fires.

2 SWIMMING POOL
Cover
In July and August: leave the cover open.
In June and September: when the pool is heated => Close the cover carefully every evening.
=> Remove ALL floating objects from the pool beforehand.
=>Turn the key 1 time without jerking or stopping and going.
=> Only by an adult, with immediate stop if blocked

Pool alarm and safety
The pool complies with the law, with an underwater alarm that complies with the regulations.
This alarm, like all pool alarms, often goes off unexpectedly because of the wind.
In our experience, tenants often deactivate the alarm to prevent it from going off all the time.
It is the sole responsibility of the tenant to choose whether to activate or deactivate the alarm.
If the alarm goes off unexpectedly, please turn it off immediately so as not to disturb the neighbours.
NB: NOTHING can replace parents' constant vigilance and children's sense of responsibility.
=> NEVER leave children unsupervised at the swimming pool.

Maintenance
PVC flooring is fragile
=> Avoid any shoes, stones, objects, etc. that could damage it.
=> Do not use self-tanning creams or coloured sun creams.
The pool technician comes every week without disturbing the occupants (usually on Fridays).
Regularly remove unused items from the pool so that they do not block the skimmers or the cover.
(If necessary, in windy conditions, leaves can be removed with the net)
Always shower before entering the pool
Diving prohibited
The maximum depth is 1.60 m. This is a swimming and games pool; there is no diving pit.
