Large chalet located 3 minutes walk from the center of Chantemerle and lifts. The unhurriedly is built on 3 levels. Levels 2 and 3 available for rent, with a surface of 150m2 consist of an entrance, a very equipped kitchen, living room (TV and stove) and large terrace, dining room, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and an alcove upstairs, 3 toilets. A large garden with BBQ welcomes this chalet built by a great leader. (The ground floor and the garage level are occupied all year). beautiful view of the slopes.
Other: WiFi access. No disabled access. Full equipment in stone grill, fondue, raclette.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le contact avec les propriétaires a été très bon, ils ont toujours su se rendre disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Le chalet est très bien placé, conforme à la description, très agréable et adapté à recevoir un large groupe, pas mal de rénovations sont en cours, d'autres à venir qui apporteront du plus. Bref, un séjour très agréable, merci

Chalet très confortable et bien équipé pour notre groupe de personnes 11 personnes (dont 5 enfants). Le chalet est très bien placé et à proximité de toutes les commodités de la station et ainsi que des pistes.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances entre amis et famille, à 11, mix adultes enfants... Dans ce chalet parfait ! Un peu de marche à pieds mais ne surtout pas s’inquiéter, ça se fait bien (si vous louez des skis prenez des casiers au pied des pistes, ce que nous avons fait, c’est alors parfait ! moins de 10 minutes à pieds). Chantemerle est dynamique c’est sympa aussi. Le chalet est vraiment grand et beau, un salon superbe avec un insert, c’est un espace très convivial qui accueille tout le monde le soir pour l’apéro et jouer. La salle à manger est parfaite avec une grande table pour les repas de groupe où on rigole bien :) Enfin les chambres sont très bien également. Tout est chaleureux et fonctionnel. On n’entend absolument pas le locataire du dessous si cela inquiète également, et visiblement c’était réciproque puisque tout s’est bien passé sur ce point aussi. Bref, très content, je recommande!
