The newly renovated Cosby Ranch Home is the perfect family vacation getaway. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house is set on 3 acres of peaceful serenity nestled next to a beautiful creek, wooded mountains, and deluxe outdoor patio with grills, firepit, and even a pizza oven. Additionally, this location is only 5 minutes away from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park! So do not forget your hiking shoes to take advantage of the free trails. Parking is now at $5.00.
As you drive to the house on the long flat driveway, you will pass your own private pond that is available for fishing. Catch and release. Teach your children how to bait a hook. Parking area is large enough for 5 vehicles.
The house is a one level ranch making it easily accessible for wheelchair guests as there are no steps for entry.
Come and stay for a quick weekend to rejuvenate or stay a week. You will definitely want to come back!

Nos hospedados con mi familia y tuvimos un fin de semana excelente ya habíamos venido otras veces y la verdad esta propiedad nos encanto tiene suficiente espacio y super limpio definitivamente volveremos a regresar!!!!!!!! El anfitrión fue muy amable y respondió rápido a mis preguntas 10/10

Just like the pictures- a peaceful country dream, with modern amenities!

Could not have been easier to access or enjoy. Everything was as promised or better. Our family of 9 enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, fishin' hole, and walking in the back creek. We had birds and turtles and were serenaded by bullfrogs at dusk. Dollywood is 35 minutes away as is Gatlinburg. Perfect.family.vacation. Hope to visit again!

Family Vacation 2023

This was a very nice home and we were very pleased with the accommodations and we would definitely recommend this place. We will be staying at this property again. The pictures online do not do justice as the home is much more beautiful than pictured.
