Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Decorations may be hung in the home with adhesives or tacks. Please consult before your stay. $350 immediate fee for any damage as a result of tape

Fun for whole family

This property worked out perfectly for our family. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the putting green, ping pong table, cornhole, hot tub nightly & a perfect day of swimming in the heated pool. Communication with our host was outstanding, she went above and beyond. Will stay again.

Great stay for a “girls’” getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, immaculate home. The location was perfect… close to Old Town and Fashion Square. My friends and I highly recommend drinks and music at the Rusty Spur, dinner at Positinos, and a visit to Butterfly Wonderland

Fabulous back yard

The house was great for our family of 8. The backyard was spectacular and kept all of us entertained for hours. The pool is a great size and the heated water was an added bonus for the spring weather. The house is about a half mile from a park that connects to a bike path, which was great for all of the runners in our family. Overall great experience.

Family Celebration

This home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The backyard and swimming pool are gorgeous.The neighborhood is quiet. You feel like you are in your own private paradise. Paula has thought of everything. If you need it...it's there. The location is close to almost any store you may need and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

We came into town for our HS boys basketball tournament and chose this home due to its location and how lovely it looked for our time in between games. It did not disappoint! Great stay

We stayed in this home for five days - three adults and one child (5y). The pool and backyard was definitely the highlight of the stay- it's large and expansive and there's lots to do like a putting green, bags, ping pong, and games! The house is renovated and in great shape - it definitely has a bachelorette vibe but still worked well for our family. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and there were plenty of supplies so that we didn't need to purchase our own (soap, toilet paper, etc). We really appreciated that there was an air pump for blowing up pool floats. Communication with the host was great - she was very responsive to any question we had. Check out was easy - not thousands of rules and chores like you need to do at other houses - just reasonable things like hang up wet towels and take out the trash. The location is perfect for going into Old Town. We could walk to the grocery store as well. We would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend!

Spotless home, comfy beds, great kitchen. Beautiful yard, lovely decor, a true girly house! Host Paula was pleasant, personable and professional, very responsive to all questions. Only suggestion is more TP! We were a party of 3 women day one, 6 on day two, and 4 on day three, and we ran out. It sleeps 10 so with a full house that might be an issue! Would definitely recommend this in the future any kind of girl party or romantic getaway!

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Communication was top notch from the moment I inquired about the property. Every single little detail has been thought about with guests in mind and the willingness to go above and beyond to make the stay even more memorable for a birthday celebration was above and beyond our wildest expectations. The inside of the house as well as the exterior of the home was exceptionally clean—highest quality cleaning standards! My family travels a lot and has stayed in many VRBO homes—this by far our best experience because of the care of the host! We truly felt at home from the moment we walked in! This property has everything - four bedrooms, three baths and a fully appointed kitchen. The patio and backyard are beautiful - pool, hot tub, putting green and cozy furniture. The location is great - we were able to get to restaurants and shopping which was a short drive away.

What a fabulous vacation! Loved the location, so close to everything our group wanted to experience. Great restaurants too! The house was very well cared for and very clean! Central location to everything we needed.

Trip to Phoenix for our granddaughter’s gymnastics competition. We were looking for something central to the convention center, zoo, botanical gardens and the airport. This fiesta place was perfect. OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE

Great location and responsive host! The house is beatifully decorated and the two primary suites was perfect for two couples traveling together. I would have enjoyed a better stocked kitchen (condiments, seasonings, foil/saran wrap/baggies, containers with lids, etc.) but this did not negativley impact our stay. We opted to have the pool heated (for an extra fee) but I should have asked more questions about this. Our friend staying with us was recovering from cancer treatment and really wanted to enjoy the heated pool. We have one at home and keep it around 92 degrees. This one is only heated to 85 and that just was not warm enough for her to be able to enjoy it since it is January and the outside temps were only in the mid 70s.The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There were plenty of towels, luggage racks and robes. We used the outdoor firepit a lot since we enjoy being outside and the temps dropped into the 40s at night.There was also a ping pong table which we never got around to using, but the putting green was fun.Overall, a great experience and we would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

This completely remodeled home is in a stellar location in Old Town on an almost impossible to find quarter acre lot. We chose this neighborhood for our vacation homes in Old Town because the spaciousness of the yards & street feels open and not "on top of one another" while in the heart of it all. The house feels as if it has an enormous amount of privacy in the front and back yards, with mature trees, while still being right off of the Scottsdale Rd, entertainment corridor. We absolutely love the elegance of this home and the backyard is quite special. The house is set on a quarter acre lot and it feels very spacious and literally like having a whole resort area to yourself. We have designed this for fun for couples, families, bachelorettes or just a get together for the gang. The house is intimate enough to host just a few folks or a larger group. Unlike other homes in the area, you won't feel "squished" in between houses and while right next to everything Old Town has to offer, located in a secluded, quiet residential area.

What makes this property unique

This house encompasses both style/elegance and is a phenomenal place to celebrate a romantic getaway, a bachelorette event, a family vacation or gathering or just a quick weekend with friends. This house has an exceptionally great backyard for entertaining, making memories and taking great vacation photos. You will have a huge green backyard with lots of space, private heated pool (heat upon request), firepit, shaded dining table, big lounge style sofa and chairs, putting green, BBQ, high seated bar dining area, 10 seater dining table, and a ping pong table & corn hole game and lots of other things to entertain you, your friends or family! We have not seen another backyard quite like this in old town other than our other two properties that we carefully selected in the same neighborhood. We put our hearts into our property to make it special for you and your special vacation.
