I rent 40 m2. There is a toilet, two sinks, 1 shower, 1 fridge and 1 individual microwave, this in a very quiet house, near to BESANCON.

Logement très bien
En période de canicule c'était très agréable de se retrouver dans le gîte car il est a même le sol du jardin et donc très frais Marie nous a fais pleinement confiance car en vacances sur la même durée et c'est très rare de voir cela on a beaucoup apprécié le faite qu'elle nous acceptes alors qu'elle n'était pas présente et très gentille en plus le logement était très propre et agréable car très frais sur les grosse chaleurs du mois d'août

Es scheint so, als ob man hier nicht weiß, was man als Gast braucht.
Als wir bei 27 Grad Außentemperatur ankamen, war es in der Kellerwohnung ca 17-18 Grad feuchtkalt. Es musste also erstmal im Juli die Heizung angemacht werden. Das hätte die Vermieterin ruhig vorher machen können, um uns die Ankunft nicht als Schock wahrnehmen zu lassen. Ebenso, wie vielleicht den Kühlschrank bereits einzuschalten.
Interessant auch die Ausstattung der Küche. 1 Weinglas und 1 Tasse für bis zu 4 Personen. Nicht wirklich ausreichend.
der Schnitt der Wohnung ist eigentümlich. Ein Grundriss würde das besser vermitteln. Es gibt keine Türen im Inneren. Das Bad schließt quasi direkt an den Küchenraum an und alles ist direkt miteinander verbunden.
Es ist ein unangenehmes Raumklima vorhanden. Die Fußbodenheizung und die kalten Kellerwände sind nicht aufeinander abgestimmt.
Auch das Schloss der Eingangstür hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.
Der Kontakt mit den obendrüber wohnenden Vermietern war eigentümlich. Wir wurden am Tag vor der Abreise beim ersten Kaffee ohne richtiges Guten Morgen wirsch gefragt, warum wir denn noch nicht packen würden. Die Vermieterin hatte wohl die Tage unserer Buchung vertauscht. Aber auch wenn wir an dem Tag hätte abreisen sollen, wäre es einfach nur unfreundlich gewesen.
Sie schien unter Stress gewesen zu sein. "Gäste" würden am nächsten Tag kommen. Wir waren anscheinend keine "Gäste".
Ansonsten eine wunderschöne Ecke Frankreichs.

Jour d'arrivé -2, heureusement que nous avons envoyés un petit mail de rappel car notre hôte avait oublié notre venue. Jour d'arrivé malgré un soleil radieux et 24C, nous n'avons pas eus le droit de profiter de la piscine, pas assez de verres, il n'y à pas de 2e chambre (comme annoncé) mais bien un cliclac dans la piece séjour où la table est poussée dans un coin. Le soir notre hôtesse arrive et nous mets en garde qu'elle à eus trop de problèmes avec des locataires du "gite" donc nous devions faire attention. Madame nous demande de faire le ménage, et défaire les draps du lit, ménage pourtant inclus dans le prix. Jour 2 madame nous permet, enfin de profiter de la piscine mais exclusivement entre 14 et 17h. Je raconte une histoire à mes enfants je suis interrompus par madame qui nous demande de partir plutôt que 10h car elle à un avion à prendre. Pour le reste Besancon et Monfaucon sont des lieux qui valent le coup d'une villégiature, à condition de choisir un autre gite...

Vos propos sont totalement faux. Tout d abord je n oublié jamais l arrivee d un locataire. Je vous ai interrompue par mégarde en vous apportant des mirabelles du jardin ce que vous avez omis de dire. En ce qui concerne le ménage, ce n est effectivement pas normal que je passe 3 heures à nettoyer les miettes, frigo, poubelles laissées par des locataires indélicats. Il y a un minimum de respect pour les hôtes et oui effectivement nous avions un avion à prendre ce jour et les heures de départ sont signalées dans le règlement. Lorsque vous avez loué il a toujours été signalé un grand lit et un clic clac. Arriver avec 2 enfants pour 2 nuits et ensuite se plaindre qu il n y a pas 2 lits pour les enfants c est tout de même incroyable. Il faut lire l annonce avant de réserver et payer plus cher si vous vouliez 3 lits. En ce qui concerne la piscine, c est une piscine familiale que nous utilisons et nous la prêtons gracieusement à nos locataires. Ce n est ni une piscine pour sauter ou plonger. C est une piscine pour nager. La politesse est de respecter les règles quand on arrive quelque part. Merci

La photo ci-contre ne correspond pas exactement à la propriété , il serait judicieux de l'élargir .
Logement de 2 pièces spacieuses et très propres , bon accueil, cependant il serait bon de préciser que le coin cuisine se limite à une bouilloire électrique et micro-ondes .
Je recommande donc cette location plutôt pour des nuitées sans possibilités de repas sauf petit déjeuner et diner pique -nique ..
Cependant , nous avons apprécié notre séjour en redécouvrant nos belles balades d'autrefois .

Un point de chute tout juste satisfaisant... attention aux dos fragiles et aux allergiques
Les + :
- Logement assez spacieux
- Relativement propre
- Accès à la piscine des propriétaires
- Accès à la bibliothèque pour les enfants
- Maison bien située, au calme mais proche de nombreux lieux de visite et commodités
Les - :
- Literie hors d'âge avec matelas "creusés" et acariens qui nous ont valu 1 semaine d'allergies et d'insomnies
- Absence totale d'intimité !
Chambre parentale : pas de porte
Chambre enfant : une porte sur rails pas assez large et qui laisse un jour important
WC : c'est la cerise sur le gâteau, une porte trop courte de 30 cm, avec également d'énormes jours sur les côtés.
La douche donne directement sur le "hall"/cuisine/entrée. Pas même un paravent pour isoler un minimum.
- Pas "d'espace commun" : obligés de manger dans une chambre
- Pas de wifi malgré ce qu'indique l'annonce
- Un frigo qui refroidit à peine : attention aux denrées fragiles
- On nous demande de partir à 10h30 pour préparer le logement pour les prochains vacanciers, alors que l'annonce indique 12h
- Une méfiance caractérisée de la propriétaire qui fait devant nous l'inventaire de ses livres (après des insinuations très lourdes et douteuses), insiste plusieurs fois sur la valeur des équipements (télé) qui appartiennent à ses enfants étudiants et qu'elle stocke dans le logement
Conclusion : mauvais rapport qualité/prix et prestations qui ne correspondent pas à l'annonce

Petit studio sympa et Bon Acceuil
Juste pour une nuit... mais Acceuil agréable des propriétaires .... aménagement chaleureux pour 3 personnes .... lieu très calme dans un cadre fleuri ... proche de Besancon ... visite de la citadelle ( patrimoine de l'Unesco ) et de belles visites proches : Cascades du Hérisson. . du hérisson Saut du Doubs .... etc.....
