In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Everything inside is brand new and very nice! This unit has just been totally upgraded to meet every one of you vacation needs!! It's one of our favorites, and, it is one of the few 3 bedrooms with 3 bathroom directly on the sand! Sea Breeze is a preferred location for guests that want it all- Great condo, great view, sand beach steps from your condo, and Gulf waters at your fingertips!

A lovely master bedroom with floor to ceiling glass walls, the bed is lusciously cozy and there is a super lounging chair to nestle into and read or take an afternoon nap. At night you can go to sleep watching the moon reflect on the calm gulf waters.

Each bedroom has its own bath which makes for easy mornings not having to rush. The two remaining bedrooms each have wonderful bedding and relaxing decor that will aid in de-stressing from your normal hectic life.

The balcony and its comfortable furniture overlooks the larger pool, the sugar-white sand beach, the gulf waters, and the islands in the distance. If lucky, you will see the porpoises frolicking in the water out front in the gulf.

The large living and dining room are spacious and tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The super-large flat screen TV is great for game days or simply to catch up on your favorite shows.

Sea Breeze is a gated community which has a covered parking spot, 2 pools, 2 saunas, a covered outdoor grilling area, and a fully equipped workout room!

Centrally located, you can be anywhere in just a few minutes; casinos, museums, art galleries, golf, shopping, fishing, water parks, live entertainment, and is next to restaurant row featuring that fresh seafood you came to the Coast to eat!!

Year-round events will keep you busy: the Christmas Festival of Lights-one of the largest in the South, the new Aquarium opening in 2019, several microbreweries, world famous art and craft festivals, First Saturday street parties, Cruisin' the Coast week-long block party, multiple fireworks displays, the Christmas Boat Parade on the water in Biloxi and one on the Bayou in Gulfport, Movie Nights at the town greens, outdoor concerts, and the many special shows at all the casinos bringing in top entertainers and concerts, plus more!
