Great beach house!

The house was great, very close to the beach and lots of room for us to spread out. Its listed as a three bathroom but there are only 2! I guess they considered the outdoor shower a br. Would stay there again.

Spacious Home

This house was wonderful. We stayed with 3 young adult children (20’s). It was 5 of us but I rented a house with extra space so my parents could come for a night , then my sister and her daughter another night and one day friends came for the day. The extra space allowed for this comfortably. There was great space in the kitchen and deck to hang out. We felt that the kitchen was well stocked and the only thing we needed were a few serving spoons. I loved that previous renters left a few extras ( paper towels, spices, etc) so we paid it forward and did the same. The living room and rooms were easy to sweep up after sandy feet and that was a huge help. All furniture was comfortable for the most part. The yard was great for corn hole, spike ball and relaxing after our beach days. We called when we arrived to report a couple broken items ( did not impact us at all but didn’t want to get charged)and they were so responsive, it was great ! We even got info from the owners when there were thunderstorm warnings. I would definitely return. We were back in Narragansett after two years, previously we went annually and this has always been a favorite neighborhood. Great cut through for going back and forth to the beach ( we always get a pass to transport all of our beach stuff …totally worth it) during the day. Cannot wait to return !

Summer 2023

Comfortable house for our family. 3 adult couples, and one of their children. Good amount of space to spread out. Walkable (w/o your beach gear) distance to Scarborough Beach. Appreciate the updates by owner including needed new fridge. Future renters will benefit from brand new dishwasher which was out of commission during our stay. Kitchen is very well equipped, and it seems like someone took the time this year to organize well-as main cook I appreciate that! Someone in our group found and greatly enjoyed a public pickle ball court nearby. It was very humid while we were there so AC was greatly appreciated. There did not seem to be cable running so bring your streaming passwords!

Perfect start to finish

Great location …. Nice house …. Clean ! The host was especially accommodating when I could not get my order for linens to activate, she handled it for me. This was so nice.

Good for Family Groups

This was a lovely spot to spend a week at the beach with our adult daughters, husbands and grandson. It's a very nice house in about 0.5 miles from Scarborough beach. Our group found the house comfortable with nice furnishings, including beds which were pretty comfortable for a vacation rental. Deck is nice, ample parking,, yard nicely kept with room for lawn games and kids to run off some steam.. Kitchen well supplied, though a decorative couple of serving dishes would add a nice touch. Coffee pot(s): Keurig and a Cuisinart grind and brew. AC and WiFi work great. No beach chairs or cart provided (no real space to store). This is not a house for someone who has trouble with stairs. Property managers have some well put together text messages, and stay in touch via text as well. Suggestions: lobster crackers and set the dehumidifier to drain continuously.
