Located in the heart of Levanto, a few meters from the sea, next to the medieval Loggia of 1200, in one of the most suggestive seaside villages: an oasis of tranquility and beauty. Top Lage, allerdings nur oberflächlich sauber

Insgesamt würde ich den Aufenthalt mit "gut" bewerten. Allerdings fiel schon auf, dass sowohl Küche wie auch Bad nur oberflächlich gereinigt wurden. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher und Bettlaken waren schon sehr alt und abgenutzt. Hier lohnt es sich gegebenenfalls eigene mitzubringen. Auch der ganze Boden sowie die Fußleisten waren schon bei Ankunft staubig. So richtig wohl gefühlt habe ich mich in der Unterkunft nicht. Daher habe ich meinen Aufenthalt einen Tag früher abgebrochen. Eine Erstattung war hier leider nicht möglich.

Quattro giorni di vacanza

La Posizione dall'appartamento molto compda per la sua centralità e vicinanza al mare. Purtroppo non dispone di parcheggio come era in descrizione. Manca aria condizionata e purtroppo le pulizie pessime. Ok erano presenti i detersivi, ma all'arrivo il pavimento era sporco, in bagno peli e capelli, la doccia incrostata. Sotto al letto cuscini e asciugamani di scorta pieni di polvere e inutilizzabili come i piumini macchiati di giallo e puzzavano di polvere. Da apprezzare il necessario x la spiaggia, le mollette x stendere, e i detersivi x la lavatrice. Nulla da dire x la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora all'arrivo. Pecca solo il fattore pulizia per un appartamento cosi comodo e carino.omdisposizioidetersivi

Posizione fantastica, host gentile

Bell'appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e al centro città. Parcheggio gratuito (non sempre disponibile, ma noi siamo stati fortunati) e la stazione ferroviaria è a 15 minuti a piedi. Ideale per visitare le Cinqueterre. Adatto per due adulti e un bambino adolescente, la stanza a castello è piuttosto piccola. Insomma è stato bello soggiornare in una tipica zona residenziale italiana.

Nette Ferienwohnung in historischer Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen; insbesondere die Lage in dem alten historischen Teil Levantos fanden wir sehr reizvoll. Die Wohnung war ordentlich eingerichtet; nur eine Matratze in dem Stockbett war sehr alt und daher unbequem und ein Mülleimer im Bad hat gefehlt. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief gegen Ende des Urlaubs nicht mehr gut ab. Aber trotz dieser kleinen Einschränkungen ( die man ja leicht beheben könnte) fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort, auch deshalb, weil es keine anonyme Ferienanlage war. Es war ein schöner Urlaub dort!

Gemütliches Appartement über traumhaftem Zitrusfrüchte-Innenhof

Das kleine, mediterran eingerichtete Appartement ist zweckmässig aber dennoch gemütlich. Es ist eher für zwei Personen geeignet, da das Kinderzimmer sehr klein und dunkel ist. Die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig (Küche, Böden, Bad!), es gab etliche Wackelkontakte bei Elektroanschlüssen (nicht funktionierende Lampen/Stecker) und die Übergabe durch die Housekeeperin war unfreundlich. Nach einer (selbst durchgeführten, gründlichen) Nachreinigung fühlten wir uns insbesondere wegen des zauberhaften Zitrusgartens, der herrlichen Ruhe und der Nähe zum Zentrum und Strand sehr wohl. Gut zu wissen: die Treppe zum Appartement ist sehr steil - und es gibt kein WiFi.

Clean and quiet, great that it has a washing machine. With the heavy rain, clothes didn't dry and the bathroom smelled of mould. The place is smaller than it looks on the photos.

Emplacement idéal mais confort négligé

la situation de l appt est stratégique proche de la mer du centre historique et des commerces rien a dire. propreté à revoir (hotte ,ventilateur et sèche cheveux graisseux) Le tri des déchets se fait grâce à trois sachets à même le sol dans la cuisine Traces d usure et taches sur les murs du salon et de la chambre. On regrette le manque de clim surtout lorsque l ouverture des fenêtres la nuit est impossible si l on veut dormir et que l on est pas habitué aux cloches de l église a 50m qui sonne non seulement les heures mais aussi chaque 1/4h a 00h45 c est le ponpon 12 coups plus 3! Ce 60m2 qui n'en fait que 50 n'est envisageable que pour trois personnes ( table de la cuisine trop petite). Location inconfortable: les ressorts des matelas sont bien perceptibles, le confort les fauteuils du salon un en osier pour lequel les rebords vous obligent a avoir un dos droit pour l autre fauteuil le confort reste tout aussi spartiate au soir la douce odeur de friture du restaurant d a coté vous permet de profiter de la cuisine du restaurant! Pas d'intervention du propriétaire après réclamation pour des travaux 3 jours durant dans l'appt d'en face.

Schöner Urlaub am Meer

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr hübsch gelegen. Man schaut auf einen sehr großen Innenhof mit Zitronenbäumen. Das Meer, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Stühle waren aber etwas unbequem zum langen Sitzen. Alles in allem sehr nett, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Emplacement top pour les familles avec enfants

Logement très bien situé, très très calme, avec un grand lit très confortable : parfait pour le repos ! De plus Levanto avec son centre piéton, sa grande place avec jeux pour enfants, la plage à 2 pas et les randonnées alentour est une destination idéale en famille avec des petits. Pas de wifi mais pas gênant car on est tout le temps dehors (nous avons été épargnés par la pluie). Le loueur répond efficacement à toutes les questions, bref, nous sommes entièrement satisfait de ce séjour.

L'appartement est idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, à 200 m de la plage, 10 min de la gare. L'appartement est bien équipé. Je recommande cette location.

Les 5 terres au mois d'octobre

Parfait pour une location hors vacances pour un couple de retraité. Location parfaitement située, tout à 1 minute à pied, y compris la plage. Petit bémol, même en octobre, se garer à Levanto relève de l'exploit sans parler du cout (2€ de l'heure).

Super Lage,

Das Gute an dieser Wohnung ist ihre zentrale Lage. Ansonsten scheint uns für den relativ hohen Preis die Wohnung nur mit mässigem Interesse geführt und gepflegt. Besteck, Pfannen und eine der zwei italienischen Kaffeemaschinen waren defekt. Das Bad war nicht sauber, die Küche nur oberflächlich gereinigt und schmutzig.

Ottima la vicinanza al mare e al centro. La seconda camera con letto a castello è piccolissima. Buona la mia valutazione ma sconsiglio ad anziani e bambini molto piccoli perché bisogna salire 20 gradini molto alti. Scomodo stendere i panni .

Ruhig gelegen und zu Fuss alles erreichbar

Wohnung im ersten Stock eines ruhigen Hinterhofes mit Ausblick auf Zitronen- und Orangenbäume. Zu Fuss ist man schnell am Meer, im Dorf und am Bahnhof. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gerne wieder!

Leben wie ein Italiener

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartement mit allem was man benötigt , toll ausgestattete Küche,alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.Tolles Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung.Man fühlt sich in den schmalen Gassen sofort in das Leben eines Einheimischen versetzt.....tolle Erfahrung , jederzeit wieder.Einzigster Nachteil sind die mangelnden Parkplätze...oder man bezahlt halt ca. 40.-€ für 1,5 Tage Parkdauer

Mittendrinnen und trotzdem ruhig

Wir waren Ende August 2020 in der kleinen Wohnung mit zwei Kindern (5 und 9 Jahre). Die Wohnung ist süß und sehr sauber, die Abwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt. Man wohnt sehr zentral und es ist trotzdem ruhig, wir können dieses Appartment ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. (es gibt halt keinen Balkon, aber man ist so zentral, dass man in 1 Minute auf der Piazza, am Strand, im Cafe ist)

al centro di tutto ma silenzioso

l'annuncio riporta esattamente come è la casa, quindi nessuna sorpresa. Il proprietario gentilissimo e la casa in un'oasi proprio in pieno centro a 2 passi dal mare . Fresca e silenziosa ( senza condizionatore si dormiva benissimo sotto le lenzuola!) . Segnalo solo la presenza di circa una ventina di gradini alti per raggiungere la porta di casa che potrebbero essere difficoltosi da fare per una persona anziana. Per il resto tutto davvero super!

Ottima soluzione

Veniamo a Levanto da molti anni, la posizione della casa è perfetta. Vicinissima al mare, al centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, cosa affatto scontata in centro a Levanto. Casa molto carina, pulizia non eccezionale ma accettabile. Spazi ben studiati ma molto ristretti. La camera matrimoniale perfetta , la camera dei ragazzi stretta, bagno ok e zona soggiorno cucina bella con unica pecca del tavolo in muratura molto piccolo. Nel complesso una ottima scelta a Levanto.

Sehr nettes Appartment in direkter Meernähe

Sehr nettes Familienappartment mit netten Nachbarn in schöner Umgebung. Es liegt direkt in der Altstadt mit wenigen Metern zum Strand. Mehrere Restaurants liegen in direkter Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nah. Im Appartment ist alles zu finden, was man so braucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zu den 5 Terre. Ein Fahrradladen ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Eine Fahrradtour lohnt sich ebenfalls.

Fantastic location and nice apartment

This is a lovely little apartment. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). There were a few minor wear and tear issues (torn shower curtain etc), but overall it is a very functional and well equipped place - we were particularly grateful for the beach umbrellas! We were 2 adults and 2 children and, although it is small, it felt fine for us for a week although it did get pretty hot in there during the evenings so I'm not sure we would have wanted to stay much longer. It has a lovely position, nestled off a small alley and overlooking a square of backyards/gardens and we enjoyed hearing the bells and some (not too many!) of the sounds of the lively nightlife. Overall, we were happy and had a lovely stay.

Total schön, aber super warm!!

Die Wohnung von Bruno liegt sehr schön in den kleinen Gassen von Levanto. Man wohnt zwischen lauter (sehr netten) Italienern und hat das Gefühl mittendrin zu sein. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, nur wirkt sie auf den Bildern deutlich größer als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Man betritt die Wohnung und befindet sich direkt in der Wohnküche mit einem kleinen Bartisch an dem drei Personen Platz haben. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Wohnbereich nicht größer als 8qm. Über einen Flur kommt man dann rechts zum (sehr sauberen) Bad, Links zum Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und Schrank und geradeaus zum „Kinderzimmer“ mit einem Hochbett und einem Schrank. Das Schlafzimmer ist relativ groß, in dem Kinderzimmer bekommt man Platzangst. Eine Klimaanlage hätten wir uns in der Wohnung wirklich gewünscht, da in dieser zeitweise und vor allem Abends um die 33 Grad herrschten. Fazit: Super schöne Wohnung in top Lage, aber maximal für zwei Personen oder wenn man viel unterwegs ist auch für mehr.

Veramente carino !!!

Appartamento veramente carino e tenuto bene, in centro e a due passi dal mare. Unico problema il parcheggio, se si vuole pagare un po' meno bisogna parcheggiare un po' fuori. Comunque ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!
