Unique new Apartment close to Iulius Mall
Truly excellent location, just 10min walking distance to Iulius Mall and 15 min by car from city center, suitable for exploring vivid lifestyle or for business trips! Perfect for 2 it can host up to 3 (preferably 2 adults + 1 child). Families are welcome.
When you arrive you will find a friendly and cozy apartment, set in a new building, where you will feel free to relax after a day discovering the city.
The apartment has one king size bed (180x200cm) that can comfortably fit two people. The kitchen comes with cooking tools, dishes and cutlery .It also has a really nice private terrace where you will enjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends. There is also a large wardrobe for storage space.
Utilities to make your stay most comfortable include washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi , TV. Quality bed and bath linen are also provided.* We offer a generous check-in time between 15:00 pm - 21:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside of these hours, please contact us before booking and we ll do our best to make it happen. Late check-ins without previous notice will be charged.
*Check out is until 12 pm.
*We would expect people to respect/treat the property as if it is their own. Smoking is allowed on the terrace ONLY
