Modern and cozy T3 apartment in the heart of the resort

Modern and cozy T3 apartment of 66m² completely renovated in 2016. Very well located, 2 minutes walk from shops, it offers all modern comforts a few minutes drive from the slopes, the city center and the lake. Bright, quiet and spacious, it will allow you, with family or friends, to discover the Vosges, Alsace and enjoy mountain life!

Located on the 1st floor, it offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a living and dining room as well as two bedrooms. A parking space and a cellar are also available for the holidays!

You will arrive by the main entrance at the foot of the building and collect the keys by a mechanical key box system on your right, under the intercoms. We will provide the code by email or text. the apartment is on the first floor, on the left landing.

The cellar and the ski room are accessible by a staircase to the right in the entrance airlock. Down the stairs, again to the right. Our name is written on a sign and your set of keys opens our box in the cellar. You can also access directly outside the building (without going back up the stairs) from the cellar. Convenient when you wear your ski equipment!

The apartment is located in a residential area a few minutes from the slopes of Gérardmer (La Mauselaine and la Chaume Françis) and Xonrupt. At 50m, you will find two supermarkets, a bar, a restaurant as well as DIY, sports, frozen foods, clothes etc ... All this on foot in less than 5 minutes! It is even possible to rent your skis in the area!

A few minutes from the apartment, you can walk and discover the hikes, enjoy the ski slopes, summer toboggan runs, many activities dedicated to the mountains in summer and winter. Alsace and its riches are also on our doorstep!

A shuttle to the foot of the slopes (the Mauselaine) passes a few hundred meters from the apartment.
