Luxury Apartment Close to Mayo and St. Mary s.........

This space was thoughtfully designed for visitors to Mayo. The location is ideal because it is so close to the clinics. My street leads directly to the Mayo Clinic (about a eight minute walk) and is a few blocks to St. Mary s (about a four to five minute walk). Close to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and the bus stop. The apartment is located in the basement unit of my home and has its own private entrance and garden. It features a queen size bed with luxury linens and robes, a bathroom, laundry facilities, a cozy living room, a desk area, a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee and tea bar that offers Nespresso, regular coffee or a french press option and the choice of loose leaf or bag teas. The comfy chair and a half in the living room opens up to be a memory foam twin bed. The apartment sleeps up to three. Super fast WiFi and Netflex.
