Unbelievably flat back yard leads directly to a private double decker dock with slide. Very rare for Norris Lake, this "Norris Lake rental cabin" has no steps leading to the dock area. Launch your watercraft next door at the boat ramp or contact us for rental options. NOTE: If using the defective Vrbo traveler phone app, this property actually has 5 bathrooms. Enter the home to see a wide open floor plan. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides the camp chef" with the necessary space and tools to please the hungry crowd while overlooking the party in the nearby TV & dining room. The deck overlooking the lake action and private dock sports a propane grill (free propane).

*Private hot tub located on the main level deck. We empty & refill your private hot tub w/fresh water before each new group. Yes! The home does have a hot tub.

This easy access main level has three queen bedrooms. One is a master with private bathroom. The upper level has laundry room, 3 bedrooms, and TV & game room.

The upper level provides more bedrooms and master bedrooms and a bonus Futon bed in the game room. The upper level even provides an extra frig, microwave, laundry room, MORE bathrooms, and another deck over looking the lake..

Parking is easy, flat, and connected to the paved access street.launch your boat next door at the very flat boat ramp. If you need to rent watercraft simply contact NorrisLakeWaterSports (ask for 10% Bertke discount) or OasisNorrisLake. Both of these places do delivery services. Flat Hollow and Powell Valley marinas also rent water craft.

Mostly good

We had a great time. The house is nice. Could’ve been cleaner. A couple of the frying pans need to be thrown out. We usually bring those but forgot this time. The back porch/deck was not clean. It probably needs to be updated because it is hard to get the tables clean. The fire out was great and the dock was good. We could’ve used electric for fishing boats at the dock.

Knot 4 Reel - really awesome!

We had a great time at this house! Lots of room for the family, and the kids enjoyed the games. The location of the boat launch and a gentle sloping backyard were huge bonuses.

Awesome Lakeside Retreat

We had a great time a knot 4 reel! Multiple families were able to share the space comfortably. We loved the back yard to the lake didn't have a steep slope. Made lots of good memories fishing off the dock and wished we had a longer stay!

Family Thanksgiving

We had 16 people of all ages celebrating Thanksgiving at this house. It was roomy and served our needs wonderfully. Just be very careful on the narrow mountain road if you are getting there after dark. Some folks didn't have great cell service, but we were warned of that, and we enjoyed unplugging. Everyone in the neighborhood and nearby town is extremely friendly. Great neighborhood to take walks. The lake is low this time of year, but we weren't there for water play. We had a wonderful time together.

Mountain Lake Retreat

We had a great vacation with families from Tenn., Ohio and Virginia. 14 in all. The only negative is the remoteness of the property .

The Keegan family provides us a fantastic property located on a rare, flat Norris Lake tract of land. They went through great lengths in setting up this beautiful home for the perfect friends & family gathering place.
