Situated on the waterfront of a spacious, no-wake cove within the gated Lakeside Estates, this villa provides seamless access to marinas, the famous 'Jumping Bridge,' and a host of amenities, including grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away.

By day, indulge in the excitement of the 2-story dock featuring two water slides, and as night falls, gather around the inviting fire pit. Choose from a variety of popular water activities, including wake surfing, skiing, tubing, and fishing. Take a dip in the cove right off the dock or unwind on one of the four decks. The outdoor spaces are equipped with an outdoor bar, ample patio furniture, a gas grill, outdoor gas griddle, a fire pit, and a 6-person hot tub.

The dock offers a covered slip and space for two additional boats or water toys on each side. Don't have a boat? No worries. Local rental options can conveniently deliver and pick up boats directly at the dock.

Relaxing Lake Getaway

This house is perfect for those who want to get away and just relax by the lake. My family enjoyed fishing off the dock, soaking in the hot tub, and just simply relaxing together.

Great House

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake house and had an amazing experience. The property was well-maintained and offered breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding nature. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, providing easy access to outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, and swimming. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Perfect for large families

Dock was awesome with double slides! Bedrooms comfortable and living areas spacious. No wake zone great for young children. We would stay again.

Norris Lake has provided our family and friends with quality time and lasting memories.
