They did a great job and were very attentive of our needs. The property manager was quick to respond if we had a question and the property was exactly as expected.
Sixteen Wild Women spent our 24th reunion at Southern Comfort II, and enjoyed every minute. Great areas for smaller gatherings, with enough space for us all. Kitchen was well stocked, thank you! Loved the double appliances and plentiful bathrooms. Thank you.
Great visit with our large family! The home had everything we needed and then some.

Outstanding rental home
There were 28 of us fellowshipping together in Southern Comfort II.
The house was very roomy & it is furnished better than any other large house we have used over the past 25 years!
We will definitely will stay there again.
Excellent cabin with many extra amenities. We had16 older adults, plenty of space and bedrooms for all. Enjoyed private dock on lake.
The owners Ali and John were helpful with any concerns that we had.
We had an amazing family vacation at this house on Norris Lake! The house was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect, in a great cove with beautiful landscapes. The owner was very accessible and promptly helped us with minor issues. This is our second stay in this home and it was requested by my kids. Highly recommend this place for a perfect family getaway!
The Lake house was a great place for our group to spend five days playing board games and catching up. The bedrooms, bathrooms are very nice, Kitchen is well equipped, Deck, Hot Tub, Game room and living areas are all comfortable and well maintained. A great place for large groups. We would defiantly rent again.
House was great for a large family. Wish we could have stayed longer. John the owner was fast and quick to respond to any issues that we had. Definitely will be back.
Great house but need to address the stairs and deck
Great house but the stair from boat house to the house seem like a hazard. The house was clean but definitely a VRBO investment property. We are used to beds being made and subtle touches to make the stay feel a little more personalized especially for the price

Hello and thank you for the feedback. We are awaiting further detail on the "hazard" that you referenced so that we can remedy right away. In the future please notify us immediately so that we may address issues real time. Also, it is the standard on Norris Lake that the clean linens are folded and left on the bed, guests appreciate knowing they're getting freshly cleaned sheets and it keeps our turn time and fees down!
Lots of room in the spacious and very well equipped kitchen for a large family to cook, eat, and hang out. The kids loved the 2-level dock to jump, and slide from. Bedrooms were nice size, as were the bathrooms. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for a large family to enjoy being together. Would definitely recommend this area for family celebrations and vacations.
With 27 persons of all ages, this home was perfect ! Plenty of room to spread out, and great location. We brought one boat and rented another, plenty of room to dock, and the dock became the activity hub ! Owner contact is superior and every step of the rental process from agreement to check out was explained in advance.
