Located on the inner circle of Arcadia Resort, “Sunset View” features a convenient but secluded location next to the premier resort pool. Minimal foot traffic behind the home allows guests to relax and enjoy the patio outfitted with a private hot tub and a BBQ. This villa is stocked with plenty of extras on the inside as well as games, books, toys, a pack ‘n play, and a highchair. As the name suggests, you will also be able to relax with one of the best views of the sunset from your upper balcony. The bright, open and inviting living spaces were designed with comfort in mind. This villa welcomes all travelers to sit back, relax, and enjoy their time at Arcadia Resort!

We love staying at this property. This home had lots of space, comfy beds, stocked kitchen. It’s great for multi families. The best part is the resort amenities. The kids could swim in the pool all day and we all loved the club house. Arcadia is the only place I will stay when we visit St. George.

Our group of 15 visits the area every year, and this was our first stay at Arcadia Resort. The resort and homes are beautiful, and overall we had a great experience. Maintenance was also very responsive as they fixed an issue with our shower doors the same day.The biggest disappointment was that we were notified only two weeks before our trip that the lazy river would be closed for most of our stay due to maintenance. We had booked two homes months in advance specifically because of the resort's amenities, and with such a large group, finding another place wasn't a realistic option. There was no notice of the planned maintenance when we booked, so we would have chosen different dates or another resort if we'd known.The on-site grill was also closed for much of our stay, there was a noticeable paint/lacquer smell from the maintenance work, and one of the house grills caught fire when we used it because it appeared to need cleaning and maintenance.The on-site manager was great to work with and genuinely tried to help, but we were disappointed that leadership wasn't willing to offer a more meaningful discount for the inconvenience.Overall, we enjoyed the resort and would consider staying again. Better communication about major amenity closures before guests book would make a big difference.

Perfect spot for extended family

The townhome was well equipped, quiet, clean, had plenty of space and a great kitchen. The three master suites were awesome and lots of space for kiddos too.

Villa #2 was the perfect size and location for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The villa was clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable and location to the pool and clubhouse was superb! We were very pleased with the property and would request this villa for future trips.

Great experience

Three families converged for a “cousin reunion” and we had a great time! Six adults and 12 kids ages 3-15. Easy access to the pools and clubhouse was great. Layout of the house was nice, we appreciated the kids’ toys available.

Beautiful property, could have been cleaner

The property was great but the floors were really dirty and one of the toilet paper hangers was falling out of the wall. We had a terrific time, we just felt like it could have been cleaned better.

Short little get away

Amazing place... didn’t get any photos, too busy having fun. Family friendly and the amenities were great. Only one recommendation our unit needed blinds or some kind of shade for big window in eating/gathering area... As the night fell, uncomfortable sitting there with direct sun in your eyes. Other than that, we WILL be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Arcadia Villa #02! It was perfect for our family of 17. We loved the location close to the pool and clubhouse. The lazy river and waterslide was a big hit with all ages of our family. I do have 2 suggestions though: #1 - the kitchen dining area has a big picture window that faces west. At dinner time between 5-7 pm the sun shines brightly onto the dining room table and makes it uncomfortable for those that are eating at the table. Very hot and very bright. I suggest some type of window covering to be installed there as the other windows in the villa on the west all have coverings; #2 when cleaning people are stocking the villa with the items that are mentioned would be provided in the villa - please do it. We had no garbage bags, no sponge scrubber, and no laundry detergent. Luckily we were close to the clubhouse and could get extra things there.
