The Space:
Welcome to one of the largest and most sought-after homes in Las Palmas Resort, located in sunny St. George, Utah. This spacious and beautifully maintained three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends.
Inside, you'll enjoy vaulted ceilings, an open-concept layout, and a spacious deck that overlooks the Las Palmas Family pool and hot tub—the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. The home is fully furnished and features:

Access to six swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as The Hub Clubhouse, pools and amenities. The Hub has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.
Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.
St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:

Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)

The property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to the property via stairs or elevator. We were missing bedding however the property manager showed up the next day with the missing items. The only thing that we did not have taken care of was the internet. We asked a few times however we had no internet in the condos, so no family movie night. Not a deal breaker but would have like to have access to the internet.
My brother didn’t come because he has an old small puppy. He has a trailer where the puppy could stay the night and we could have had him going places with us during the day since no pets are allowed in the apartment. However. We were told no trailers allowed. And yet. There is a place for trailers to park, and happened to be next to our location. We did see a bunch of people walking their dogs. So it was unfortunate not to have a member of our family be with us because of lack of knowledge that there is a place for trailers.

Plenty of space for our two families. The property offers 3 different pools which gives hours of entertainment to kids. When we ran into issues the management was responsive and attentive. The budget paper products, kitchen towels and bath soaps could use a little more effort. Overall, comfortable stay.
We had such a fun time staying at your condo! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was very spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. We will definitely consider coming back again next year during comp season.
I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was just as nice or nicer than the pictures. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and a lot of great amenities. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Beautiful property. The only downfall was two of the main bedrooms were hot.
