Beautiful, Brand new, Completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 4 Bathroom condo with unique, eclectic, new furnishings. Open floor plan, with large great room. Granite Counter tops. This unit is located on the 3rd level of Las Palmas, easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Located in Las Palmas, near Green Valley. Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Green Valley Resort and Spa which offers 4 more pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, shared BBQ, kids playground and exercise room as well as the spa. Free WiFi.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need.

The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, tub/shower, his and her vanities and 43' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 43' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed along with a Full over Full sized bunk beds, along with a twin trundle.It also has a 43' TV. The fourth bedroom has a Full over Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages. All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort.

There are 4 Bathrooms.

The family room has 2 large couches. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining and bar area that seats up to 16 people comfortably. There is a brand new Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or chat with friends while barbecuing in the evening on your own private balcony.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

Convenient and fun

We’ve stayed here before and knew it was a spacious and convenient launch pad for our southern Utah vacation. The property managers continue to be top notch communicators. Mr Kidd love the multiple pools to choose from. Thanks for a great vacation.

Nicely decorated place with easy access to I-15.

We really liked how cutely decorated the house was and it had plenty of bathrooms and beds for many to stay even though we only had 5 guests. The clubhouse outside pool was freezing and nobody swam in it but the nice thing was there were options for other pools that were a better temperature included. Many options. Great place to stay.

Our family loved staying here! Super clean, fun decor, stocked with everything we could need and plenty of space. The pools on property were great; we had 5 to choose from, and my kids enjoyed the other activities on site. Bikes in the garage were a fun unplanned bonus with our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our family group of 10 loved our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. The hot tub on the deck was great and views incredible. Communication with host was also great.

This condo fits our family perfectly. With four bedrooms, it houses our two married kids, our younger singer children and my wife and I. We also love having a private hot tub.

Kids loved it!

We stay at Las Palams a few times every year and this was our first time staying in this condo. My kids absolutely loved it! They had toys there for my kids to play with and they thought it was the greatest thing ever. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Great Place to Stay in St. George

Clean, well organized, hot tub was a nice feature. There were plenty of rooms that given the number it could accommodate, didn't feel crammed. Because the resort has so many amenities, it never felt overcrowded in the condo. The pools never felt overcrowded either. Our host was wonderful to work with and clear in their check-in and check-out instructions. We loved the pools and the pickleball courts. We rented this unit so we could get my family together, who hadn't been on vacation together in over 15 yrs. We all loved it and kept saying how much they wanted to come back and do this again. Pricing was reasonable. The only thing we would change about our stay is to stay another day or two.

Not what I thought….

The condo was nice- comfy beds, clean and had the amenities. Negative things: tvs wouldn’t work the first day- they had to have someone come enter codes the 2nd day we were there, not enough hot water for how many it sleeps, the hot tub was not hot- it was luke warm, the locks didn’t work the first 24 hrs, The pool slide was closed and the big pool was freezing! I can’t give it 5 stars for these reasons. The front door : the lock did not work from the time we got there and the landlords weren’t great about communication about this. They told us to just leave the condo unlocked so we didn’t get locked out again and we didn’t feel comfortable with this. They then asked us to fix the lock and we didn’t feel comfortable about this either. They did get the locked fixed the next day but it was quite the ordeal with the landlords that didn’t know what to do. We asked for a discount but they said no. They did let us check out late but for our trouble I was hoping for some Money back. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the troubles we did encounter and the poor communication from the landlords.

Cute condo

We love staying at las palmas! This was our first time in unit #122. The home owners have it decorated very nicely and so cute! The kids enjoyed the toys in the closet and hot tub. The owners did let us know the hot tub was new and we'd be the first to use it which everything worked just fine but it was filled way to high one adult and one older kid couldn't even sit down without water spilling over. We ended up emptying some of the water with a jug. The only complaints we had was the sliding door is a pain to open and close, and there was no propane for the grill we had to take the tank to get it filled. We'd definitely stay here again the price is great! Oh almost forgot we enjoyed the biked so much!! It was quite entertaining watching 4 grown men riding the cute trolly bike. Home owner was great with responding quickly and even allowed us to check in early. Thanks for sharing your fun condo with our family!!

Amazing.

This was a perfect place for my sister and her two girls (13yo and 10yo) and my two boys (20yo and 18yo) and me. Would highly recommend and will look into staying again when we return in a couple years. Hot tub on the patio was a great perk!!

This condo is completely remodeled with all new furninshings. It sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. This is the only 4 bedroom 4 bathroom located in Las Palmas. We have a garage full of bikes for the entire family! We take pride in how clean our condo is and make every effort to make your stay Amazing!

This condo sleeps 16 people in beds, there are beautiful views of St. George off of the shady deck. There is a fun Star Wars themed room and decorated throughout with bright fun colors and unique furnishings. The open kitchen makes it easy to entertain the entire family.
