With 4 TVs, a Play Station 4, a DVD player, and plenty of movies you will have a great time at Desert Ridge in Las Palmas no matter what the weather is!

This welcoming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a king suite with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a queen suite and bunk room. This relaxing home can sleep 8 people comfortably, or with the use of a king air mattress fit as many as 10 people! Each bedroom features a TV and with two large bathrooms you will never have to fight for counter space! With access to endless amenities and plenty of things to do at home, you will never be bored in Desert Ridge at Las Palmas.

Wonderful Time!

We stayed here with extended family and it was such a clean, comfortable and quiet space. Lots of amenities with a pool and fitness center and easy check in process. The property manager was lovely to work with regarding a later check out. We will DEFINITELY be back again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Las Palmas. Our family found the accommodations very comfortable and clean. As well, the resort amenities were a hit with the kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to St. George!

Stayed a very pleasant week in this condo. Lovely view, because it is on the edge of the condo complex overlooking a valley and hills. Living real was very comfortable, kitchen was clean and functional, and the master bedroom bed was very comfortable.

My family and I loved this place! I really liked being on the bottom floor and at the back of the property. The condo was very spacious and clean. I really liked the patio space from which the sunrises were beautiful! We all enjoyed the pools and the basketball court! I would definitely stay here again!

2nd Time Here!

We stayed in the same unit as las year - we come to St George for a softball tournament. All of the families love these condos. This unit is a bit older, but the view/quiet is amazing!

Very calming place

We wanted a very relaxing and quite vacation we got exactly what we wanted. It did suck that we had to purchase our own propane for the grill and had to construct the baby hi chair.

We loved it!!

We went to St. George to see the Tuacahn shows. We always love to stay at Las Palmas. We loved this condo. It was perfect for us. Very clean and updated. It was fun to be out in the outer part of the condos. We got to see several roadrunners and rabbits. We had a great time!!

Clean and well appointed

We rented this condo and the one next door and had a great time! Couldn’t have asked for a better equipped kitchen. First floor location has pros and cons— very convenient but you can hear every step of the people above you. We loved the pools and will definitely be back.

Everything was good until someone entered our unit while we were away, left the unit unlocked and made a mess replacing carpet. We have discussed this with RedSands. Put location and unit was perfect

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We loved our stay here. The condo was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The check in process was easy. We had the door code sent to us well before our arrival date which is really nice. The property is so nice. All of the different pools and hot tubs were nice and fun. We enjoyed the playgrounds, pickleball and basketball courts as well. There is so much to do to keep everyone entertained.

Wonderful Condo

Clean, comfortable and great location. This condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for our group. My kids enjoyed playing a couple of the games stored in the condo and they loved having so many pools to choose from. The patio looks out to open space and was very peaceful and quiet. There were frequently rabbits and roadrunners visible out the back doors that my kids loved to watch. At the clubhouse we used the pool, pickleball, giant chess, playground/swings, and the pool table. We only stayed for a short weekend so we didn't venture out much, but there is an amazing kids park just a bit down the road (Thunder Junction) and easy access to groceries, dining, etc. The location is fantastic and this unit was wonderful.
