Estancia Resort is St George's newest luxury resort in Green Valley. It is located with convenient access to enjoy all of your favorite activities in sunny St George. With fantastic mountain biking and hiking right out your front door, and quick access to Tuacahn, golf courses and Snow Canyon this location and this beautiful, upscale resort will not disappoint!

Featuring 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, this condo is fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The master bedroom, which includes an en suite bathroom, includes a king bed and 40" HD smart TV for your evening relaxation. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds as well as a bathroom right outside the bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to allow you to sleep up to 8 comfortably in the condo. All linens, luxury towels and pool towels are included in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The large kitchen features beautiful quartz counter tops and includes all stainless steel appliances. Every effort has been made to insure that all dishes, pots and pans and small appliances that would make your stay more comfortable have been included. The dining table will accommodate 7 or 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

An open floor plan allows you to view the large 60" HD smart TV in the living room from the kitchen, dining room or cozy living room. A DVD/Blu-ray player is also included.

Off of the dining room is a private deck with breathtaking views of the mountains. A bbq grill and seating are included on the deck to maximize your enjoyment of the outdoor space.

Estancia is a very family friendly resort and includes great amenities such as a large pool, hot tub, two pickle ball courts and a basketball court. We provide pickleball paddles, balls and a basketball for use during your stay to ensure that you have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the wonderful amenities. The condo also includes FREE WIFI and plenty of parking. With everything else St George has to offer it makes this resort the perfect sunny getaway for anyone!

Perfect size condo for our family of six! It was very clean and the heated pool provided great entertainment for the kids. The property manager was quick to respond and the check in/out process was easy. Would highly recommend this condo!

Spacious and clean apartment that fit the four of us comfortably. Heated pool and hot tub were a bonus as it rained most of our trip. Some great hikes right out the door. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Terrific property and location

This property is great. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. We stayed here for our daughters softball tournament and a couple extra days of St G sunshine. Fields were 10 minutes away. Didn’t take long to get anywhere. Great trip.

Dirty

So disappointed so excited to have a relaxing time with fam in St. George. The house was dirty- looked like they quickly wiped down before we arrived- sheets and towels had stains and very old- the sheet also had a huge hole on the side of fitted king bed- my girls room what looked like blood stain on there sheet- The kitchen and bathroom drawers had hair in them. The pans were old and Teflon was all scratched up/ The microwave was filthy- I had to buy Clorox wipes and wipe the hole kitchen and bathroom- the shower curtains were all yellow on the rim- if your going to have white towels, sheets comforters you’ll need to keep stain free- No soap in the dispenser- no shampoo or tissues- The master bedroom had an empty refill soap container under the cabinet so I could not refill the kitchen dispenser - we used dish soap. The carpet and rugs had spots on it and rooms smelled bad- the laundry room- they only left 6 individual soaps to wash your clothes. We can’t recommend and won’t stay again- Please take time to do a maintenance and house clean check - l light bulbs and clean lamps shades and light covers plus fans- im sorry i wish I could had left a better review-

Host was very responsive! Property was extremely clean! Resort is very friendly family. Very spacious condo, with plenty of room for everyone. Room was very well stocked with soap, laundry pods, trash bags, etc! The TV situation was difficult to watch live TV, but we figured it out with the Roku. A few more towels/wash cloths would be handy. Overall, we loved our stay and would book here again!!

Great Getaway!

Nice condo, good location, a few things amiss

Our condo was just what we needed during our week stay. It was modern and had a nice kitchen and new appliances. It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Communication with the owner was good, but there was some lack of follow-up. When we arrived, the smoke detector in the 2nd bedroom was chirping, and the smoke detector in the hallway had been torn out. We notified the owner and the housekeeper, who was to drop off another smoke detector, but it never arrived. The 2nd bathroom had only one hand towel for two people, and there were no wash cloths in either of the bathrooms. There were no bath rugs to step on when getting out of the shower. The second bathroom did not have a hair dryer. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen. When looking under the beds in the 2nd bedroom, there was leftover trash on the floor. In the second bedroom, there is a utility closet with a drain in the floor. The smell was so bad when the door was opened, we had to take everything out and clean out the drain, which helped tremendously. I do not wish to take away from the good that we experienced while staying here, and Natalie and Katie were both nice over the phone. But I felt that there was a lack of attention to the details that should not have been overlooked. Hopefully, these things will be addressed for future renters. Thanks!

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay in Utah. The property was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to a full kitchen and washer and dryer, as we were in town for a softball tournament. The pool and pool area was spacious and easy to access. And best of all the host was super easy to contact and always replied quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great space

This was a great location. 15-19 minutes from Tuacahn and not to far from several shopping centers and places to eat. The rooms were great, beds in good condition. Would stay here again in a flash!
