We lived your unit but we were very disappointed that there were teenagers in the pool all night Saturday night. We were unable to get any sleep and with daylight savings starting and an early drive home the next day it left us with a bad memory of that trip. My husband insists we should get a refund for that night. We have stayed at Las Palmas for many years. My kids were always asked to leave the pool by a worker at 10:00 pm. I’m disappointed that Las Palmas failed to enforce this policy and ruined the stay of several guests.

Thank you for your kind comments about the unit. I’m truly sorry that your stay was impacted by late-night activity at the pool—especially with the time change and an early drive the next morning. I understand how frustrating that must have been. I do want to clarify that at Las Palmas, the pools near the condos are not staffed or monitored by employees. Only the Hub pool area has on-site staff. The posted quiet hours and pool rules rely on guests’ cooperation, and individual condo owners don’t have the ability to supervise or enforce activity in those shared HOA-managed areas. Because the pools are common amenities managed by the HOA rather than part of the privately controlled space within the condo itself, situations like this unfortunately fall outside what I’m able to directly control or refund for. That said, I absolutely share feedback like this with property management so they’re aware when guests’ experiences are affected. I’m very glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed the unit, and I truly hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again for a more restful stay.

This was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was available.. We visited St. George for thanksgiving and the house was stocked with all the pots, pans and supplies we needed to make thanksgiving dinner. We were a small group but there was plenty of plates and utensils if you had a larger group. The condo was clean upon arrival. Beds were amazingly comfortable.. towels and linens were nice.

Why they chose this property

We have enjoyed vacationing in St George for many years. We live in Northern Utah, and have enjoyed the warmth of Southern Utah when the winters are cold and dreary at home. We have dreamed of having a vacation spot for many decades. This is a beautiful condo, with a beautiful, relaxing view from the deck. We wanted to have a place to call home when we visit St George, and pass this property on to our family for generations to come.

What makes this property unique

The palm trees on this property makes it feel like you are in Hawaii. It feels like you are in paradise when you sit on the deck enjoying a meal together, visit with family and friends, or relax with a good book. It is a home filled with natural light, and is very bright and sunny. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. You will have access to basketball and pickle ball courts, 6 pools, a splash pad, hot tubs, shuffle board, ping pong, a net for volley ball, an exercise room, and playgrounds for the kids. It has wonderful amenities that are available just a short walk from the front door of our condo.
