At the gates of the beautiful village of Monticello, ground floor of a charming village house, with patio and terraces.
Panoramic view of the sea and the Corsican cape.

Opening onto various flowered terraces, the house is made up of:

On the ground floor:
- a living room / kitchen in the vault, opening on the kitchen side
  on a very pretty terrace with sea view (plates of
  cooking, fridge-freezer, oven, micro-
  waves, dishwasher, washing machine), living room side,
 (sofas, sofa bed, TV) opening onto the terrace
 entrance and its flowering vegetation.
On a 1/2 level:
- 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), and its private bathroom
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and its private bathroom,
   opening onto a sheltered terrace.
- an independent toilet.

An idealic setting nestled in the mountains with a view of the sea. The decor of this house was just beautiful and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with clean linens provided. So much of our time was spent on the terrace admiring the sunrises and the majestic red kite. Also, there are many cats on the lower terrace that are so much fun to watch. They are very well taken care of but leery of strangers. There is a very good restaurant within walking distance, La Pasturella, and lots of hiking trails and equestrian centers nearby. We absolutely loved staying here. Always looking for what suits us best, and that is small villages with no tour buses. Thank you to our wonderful host.

Un séjour splendide

Un très joli gîte, aménagé avec goût, et surtout une terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, les Agriate et le cap corse. De plus, la propriétaire est charmante et Marie-Luce qui s'occupe de la location est très aimable et très disponible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Un séjour inoubliable car le gîte est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans un triangle allant de Calvi, St Florent et Corte.

Une maison bien agréable

Située dans les hauteurs, avec une très belle vue sur la baie, cette maison en pierres est très agréable à vivre, notamment en cas e fortes chaleurs. Seul bémol, le Wi-Fi ne porte pas dans le salon, mais uniquement dans les deux chambres.

Excellent séjour dans adorable « pailler» avec une vue superbe sur Ile Rousse et le Cap Corse

Appartement décoré avec gout et très fonctionnel (rien ne manque) , salon séjour chambres et salles de bain irréprochables Jolie terrasse très fleurie surplombant la mer avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Ile Rousse et le Cap Corse Le village de Monticello est ravissant très calme avec un restaurant très sympathique une petite épicerie de dépannage et même un producteur de légumes de son jardin , tout ça à 2 minutes à pied . De belles balades dans la Balagne dans les Agriates et de jolies plages ont rempli notre sejour Seul petit bemol : j’aurai apprécié un volet dans la chambre côté terrasse ( le rideau est peu occultant ) et le soleil se lève face au lit , c’est à la fois très agréable mais gênant pour dormir !!! Peut-être une petite rampe pour les 5 marches rendrait service à des personnes ayant quelques « difficultés articulaires » Gabrielle a été très à notre ecoute et très arrangeante Quoiqu’il en soit je recommande ce lieu où nous avons passé une semaine très très agréable Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire et à l’agence pour leur gentillesse et leur serviabilité
