Air-conditioned house with sea view, 80 metres from the beach

Lovely house in the heart of a marina, renovated in 2016, ideally located 12 km from Calvi and Ile-Rousse, in Balagne. It is made up of 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a living room with American kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace with sea view and 2 gardens. A first garden at the back of the house in bloom with traditional Corsican flowers and plants and a second at the bottom of the terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue.

Un sĂ©jour parfait dans une maison totalement conforme au descriptif Florence et sa sƓur sont toujours disponibles, que ce soit pour un conseil ou un petit dĂ©pannage. La plage se trouve Ă  seulement quelques minutes Ă  pied, idĂ©ale aprĂšs une belle balade. On a adorĂ© la douche extĂ©rieure pour se rincer au retour de la mer, et la climatisation dans les 3 chambres est un vrai plus .Petit dĂ©tail Ă  noter : pas de wifi
 mais finalement, on a trĂšs bien survĂ©cu sans . Merci Ă  vous et peut-etre Ă  bientĂŽt

Super Ferien in Saint Ambroggio. Charmantes ReihenhĂ€uschen mit tollem Meerblick und Blick auf den kleinen Yachhafen von der Terrasse aus. 1 min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand, ganz klasse zum Baden. Isabelle war uns eine sehr liebenswerte und sympathische Gastgeberin, merci beaucoup et a bientĂŽt !

Lumio en mai

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre Calvi et L’üle Rousse pour visiter la Balagne. La plage de sable fin est accessible Ă  pied de la maison. Florence notre hĂŽte est charmante et a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos attentes. Le mois de mai est une pĂ©riode idĂ©ale pour sĂ©journer Ă  Lumio : tranquillitĂ© et mer suffisamment bonne pour se baigner.

Exceptionnel !!!

Tout est conforme Ă  l’annonce. Le ressenti lorsqu’on rentre pour la premiĂšre fois dans la maison est juste impressionnant, on aperçois la mer Ă  2 pas ! Petit dej, dĂ©jeuner, goĂ»ter, dĂźner
la vue est une carte postale Ă  elle toute seule. La maison est idĂ©alement Ă©quipĂ©e pour les vacances, on n’y manque de rien. Les chambres climatisĂ©es sont un vrai plus pour bien s’y reposer. L’accĂšs mer Ă  pied est gĂ©nial surtout avec des enfants en bas Ăąge et pour les adultes. On part pieds nus de la maison se baigner avec la serviette sur l’épaule et on revient prendre sa douche extĂ©rieure dans le jardin. Les commerces avoisinants sont TOP, de qualitĂ©s !! Vacances idĂ©ales !!! Et que dire de Florence et Isabelle, 2 soeurs hyper sympas a l’écoute de chaque remarque constructive et d’une gentillesse formidable. Nous recommandons fortement ce choix de location.

Nice little stay close to the beach

We loved our stay in this nice cottage. It is clean, has air condition and is close to the beach. The beds are comfy and you can also enjoy time on the terrace.

Traumurlaub in phantastischer Umgebung

Kleines gemĂŒtliches Reihenhaus, mit schöner Terasse mit Meerblick, Tolle Umgebung, sehr schöner Strand nach nur 2 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen, Hafen mit GeschĂ€ften sowie Bahnhof ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

Nos meilleures vacances en corse !!

La maison est idéalement située, tout prÚs de la plage, et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison est trÚs agréable, confortable et comprend tous les équipements souhaitables : chauffage efficace (parfois nécessaire le soir), literie de qualité (2 lits 160 dans les chambres du bas), cuisine bien aménagée, etc. La plage de Sant Ambroggio est magnifique ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Charmante maison Ă  quelques mĂštres de la mer !

MalgrĂ© un temps changeant, nous avons passĂ© un formidable sĂ©jour dans cette trĂšs charmante maison, d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e (nous avons adorĂ© cuisiner sur l’immense plan de travail face Ă  la mer !). Nous avons Ă©galement profitĂ© de la terrasse, dotĂ©e d’une splendide vue sur la mer, et de la plage toute proche, particuliĂšrement belle et bien abritĂ©e. Nous avons seulement regrettĂ© de ne pouvoir rester plus longtemps, car nous avions dĂ©butĂ© notre sĂ©jour par le sud de la Corse. Nous reviendrons pour un sĂ©jour plus long, afin d’explorer les villages de Balagne et la nature spectaculaire de cette rĂ©gion (montagne, forĂȘt, riviĂšres, criques prĂ©servĂ©es) et le Cap Corse, peu Ă©loignĂ© (notre deuxiĂšme coup de cƓur aprĂšs cette superbe Balagne cĂŽtĂ© mer !). Un grand merci Ă  notre hĂŽtesse pour son accueil chaleureux et toutes ses petites attentions !

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnten die Zeit genießen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich einen Kinderstuhl hĂ€tten wir uns noch gewĂŒnscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

maison pour 6 personnes ?

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus de cette location ProximitĂ© de la mer conforme. 1 chambre correcte pour 2 personnes 1 chambre trĂšs petite pour 2 personnes. Lit 140 sous la fenĂȘtre. Linge de cuisine insuffisant. Le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Vaisselle insuffisante( bols, verres) vaisselle sale non vĂ©rifiĂ©e, frigidaire qui fait de l'eau Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. SDB odeur de moisissure permanente. rideau de douche sale. CanapĂ© dans le salon trĂšs dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©, recouvert d'un tissu blanc pour cacher la misĂšre. Jardin devant et derriĂšre non entretenus, vous ne pouvez pas en profitez. Pas de WIFI non prĂ©cisĂ© dans l'annonce L'hĂŽte sur place a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© nier les remarques, de nous dire que les Allemands eux Ă©taient toujours satisfaits! Ce type de rĂ©flexion mĂ©rite d'y rĂ©flĂ©chir Ă  deux fois... Beaucoup de moustiques, l'environnement est trĂšs humide.

Super Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Sehr nette Vermieterin und das Haus hatte alles was man fĂŒr einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf's Meer und ist auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuß dort.

Inconfortable durant une canicule...

La location est idĂ©alement situĂ© entre Calvi et L'ile Rousse, La canicule a rendu le sĂ©jour moins agrĂ©able que prĂ©vu, le logement se transformant en vĂ©ritable four. La chambre du haut Ă©tait inutilisable tellement la chaleur Ă©tait forte. Notre ado a passĂ© sa semaine a dormir le matelas a mĂȘme le sol du sĂ©jour... Le chauffe eau Ă©tait Ă©galement dĂ©faillant . Florence et isabelle sont trĂšs chaleureuse et rĂ©active et sont consciente des amĂ©liorations a apporter au logement dans le futur.

Schöne Zeit in schöner Unterkunft mit zuvorkommenden Vermietern

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern im Haus von Florence und Isabelle. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit Obst, Wasser und SpezialitĂ€ten. Die Woche war sehr schön. Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es ist funktionell eingerichtet und es hat alles, was man braucht. Am Morgen kann man schon sein FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genießen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist super um nach einem Ausflug noch kurz ins Meer zu hĂŒpfen. Neben dem Strand gibt es einen BĂ€cker (hat auch Sonntags offen) und einen sehr guten Metzger. Der Obst- und GemĂŒsestand direkt bei der Abfahrt ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Dans un coin que nous apprĂ©cions particuliĂšrement pour y ĂȘtre allĂ©s dĂ©jĂ  plusieurs fois. La vue est sublime . La location Ă©tait correcte avec besoin de quelques petites amĂ©liorations.
