2 room bungalow, beachfront, unique, between Calvi and Ile Rousse

The bungalow, located on the sea front, directly leads to the beach. It enjoys of a vast terrace (40 m2) overlooking the Belle Bleue that is perfect for aperitifs, lunches and memorable evenings ! From the lounge or terrace, you will have the impression to be on a boat ! A small creek of sand and rocks is located directly at the foot of the bungalow. The beautiful sandy beach of Sant Ambroggio is about thirty meters away. The area being pedestrian, it is suitable to children.
The beachhouse has a central air-conditioning system (warm/cold), a dishwasher, a washing machine, an equipped open plan kitchen, a separate bathroom with bath, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a baby cot and a high chair, TV with integrated DVD, Sound system, Internet, WiFi.
There are many excursion possibilities: visit the Agriates desert and the wild beach of Ostricconi, Ile Rousse and the medieval city of Calvi, the beautiful mountain villages Lumio, Pigna, Sant'Antonino, Speloncato, Belgodère, ... You will find the north departure of the famous GR 20 in Calenzana or Bonifato forest. Excursions to the Gulf of Porto, the Calanques of Piana, the Scandola Reserve and the Gulf of Girolata, all magnificent natural sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Shops and restaurant are nearby on the small harbour of the Marine. All the components are gathered to spend perfect holidays near the sea, in one of the most beautiful mountain regions of Corsican Island, 'la Balagne', that has to be discovered !

Options included: Free WiFi / High-speed fiber. Sheets and bathroom linen are supplied and included in the price.

Final cleaning charge of 100 € to be paid on site. Rules of hygiene and disinfection of the bungalow are strictly applied. Flexible cancellation policy (credit note, postponement or refund) in case of impossibility of stay due to Covid-19.

Great location!

This was a great place for two people. The view from the bed is beautiful! The condo has two L shaped rooms plus a bathroom. When you enter there is a sofa and in the L a trundle bed. The next room is a queen size bed looking out onto the sea with a dining table at the foot of the bed and in the L a small adequate kitchen. We were there in November so didn’t use the porch as much as we would have in warmer weather. The owner provided lots of great information and we were warmly received by his representative. You can get near the condo to drop off your luggage but need to park your car a short walk away.

Great host, great recommendations, great view - needs some work

First of all, a big thank you to Loic!!!Communication was great, the list of recommendations was amazing and he even provided little gifts upon arrival. The „concierge“ Nathalie who helped us with check-in/check-out is also super nice and accomodating. One needs to know that the apartment is in a resort and rather like a townhouse (= less privacy than we thought, because you have close neighbors on each side). We were a bit unlucky because there were many many mosquitos while we stayed there, so we could not make good use of the terrace and often realized that the apartment is quite small, when you spend most of the time inside instead of using the combined space of both areas. In our view, some things need renovation or even remodeling (bathroom!) in oder to keep up with the amazing view.

Le bungalow était parfait, très propre, bien fourni en jolie vaisselle et très bons couteaux... Nous avons eu un temps splendide et la terrasse a été notre lieu de séjour dans la journée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les bateaux le soir qui viennent mouiller juste devant. C'est très agréable. Le lit avec vue mer est bien pensé. , bref on reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Accueil très sympathique de Nathalie.L'appartement était propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons majoritairement passé notre séjour sur la terrasse car la vue y est vraiment magnifique. Le lieu : Sant Ambroggio, est très beau, bien entrenu par plusieurs jardiniers et la plage est superbe. A noter que l'on peut y séjourner sans voiture car il est desservi par un petit train qui fait la liaison entre Calvi et L'Ile Rousse avec plusieurs arrets sur les plages et villages de Balagne.

Schönes und gut ausgestattes kleines Haus. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll. In der unmittelbaren Nähe liegt ein kleiner Strand. Schöne Ziele in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (!) gut zu erreichen.

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dieser charmanten Ferienwohnung verbringen. Liegend im Bett können die Wellen und das türkisfarbene Meer beobachtet werden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, morgens konnten wir dank dem Entsafter mit frisch gepressten Organgensaft in den Tag starten und Abends auf der Terrasse grillen. Hervorragend geeignet für Selbstversorger, aufgrund der Spül- und Waschmaschine. Wir möchten wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Alles bestens wie beschrieben

Wir haben uns in Loïc's Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt. Top Lage direkt am (eigentlich fast "im" Wasser - vor allem die Terrasse), gute Ausstattung, gute Infrastruktur und unkomplizierter Kontakt sowohl zum Vermieter als auch zu Nathalie, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Rundrum zu empfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.
