Are you looking for a cozy clean comfortable and close-to-action place to stay for just 2 people? (1 adult and 1 child; or 2 adults unit . NOTE: max of 2 guests )
You've found it!!
Havens Rest is located in beautiful Golfview Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. Stay in this ultra clean and conveniently located cabin and you'll be 1 mile to Patriots Park (Trolley hub). Located next door to Gatlinburg Golf Course and 1/2 mile off the Parkway, Havens Rest is also just a short drive from Gatlinburg and the Smokies Park.

NOTE: This cabin is best described as an efficiency apartment--ideal for 2 adults!--,equipped with a kitchenette, dining area, queen bed, and queen sofa/sleeper in the living room area that has a 42" tv, and a beautiful balcony/porch (with gas BBQ) overlooking Dollywood. (It is an L-shaped efficiency unit and as such does not have a bedroom door.)

This unit does NOT have an indoor hot tub. But there is a resort hot tub (open seasonally) located outdoors.

For this unit, Resort Policy allows ONE vehicle (car, pickup). But Trailers are NOT allowed on the property.

Provided in the cabin: linens (sheets, pillows, blankets), towels, small soap at bathroom sink, dish soap



***Be advised that this is the lower unit of a multi-story cabin, and this unit which is completely private and separate from the upstairs unit, is accessed by going down an outside staircase of about 15 steps.

Parking is right by the cabin! And the indoor pool is just a 2 minute walk away; the outdoor (seasonal) pool is a 5 minute walk.

2 or 3 night minimum depending on season.Check the calendar

We had a great stay. Easy drive to Piegon Forge and all the main attractions. The trolley was also a nice feature for Dollywood!! Definitely would stay here again

Great location

This place is in a great location. It is cozy and very comfortable. Easy access and close to all the distilleries. I wish there was a stove top to be able to cook our breakfast but otherwise great spot.

The cabin was lovely and in a prime location. It exceeded every expectation. Owners were also very kind, attentive, and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to others. Will definitely return!

Centrally located retreat

A quiet, clean and enjoyable retreat for the end of full days about town. Thoughtful additions like a grill on the porch and safety stripping on the stairs were appreciated. Apartment connects if space for larger parties is needed. Would definitely stay again

perfect location close to action

This rental unit overlooks Dollywood and we could watch the nightly fireworks/drone show, literally from the balcony of the rental. Great close view of the fireworks!! Close to all the various parks, outlet mall, restaurants. Unit is very well maintained and easily accessable. Great value for the price!!

Wonderful weekend

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in the lower unit, the only complaint is the noisy upstairs unit. You can hear every step upstairs, and conversations. Other than that no complaints. Clean, comfy bed. Great location to everything in pigeon forge.

New Years Celebration

Our stay had occasional noise from above us (people dropping heavy things, etc.) but overall our stay was excellent!! The location of the rental was perfect and the view was wonderful. We even got engaged while on our get-away here so this unit will always have special meaning to us!! :)

Marvelous location but noisy on weekend

The only reason I’m not giving 5 very solid stars is that there is very little soundproofing in the unit. We had no problem on Sunday or Monday but our first night (Saturday) we could hear every voice, and with wooden flooring in the unit above us I was convinced that the people in the unit above had violated the no pets policy by bringing a T Rex in stilettos. The unit itself is wonderful. Clean as a whistle, wonderfully located (we could view Dollywood fireworks from our balcony), very charmingly decorated, and the management/owner was very responsive to questions.

My daughter stayed four nights and we loved. She slept on the pullout sofa and I had the bed. It was comfortable and cozy. We were also close to so many of the things we wanted to do. We could even see the fireworks at dollywood from the balcony! I highly recommend this place. We also wanted to thank the owner for being so responsive and making the stay easy and efficient.

Beautiful cabin, very clean and comfortable, also easy to find with close access to everything! The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay there! Would definitely go back again! Five Stars!

Missing address: the entire address was not on booking information , it only gave street address

The place was beautiful and so unique and very well kept. Everything you needed was there to use and it would have been better have we had the cabin number to find. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute Studio close to everything!

This VRBO was perfect for my sister and I. It had a queen bed & sofa with a pull out if you needed it. Water temp/pressure was awesome. The sunsets you could see from the balcony were gorgeous and we could see fireworks at night from there too. It was perfect for us!

Great for a couple!! Clean and welcoming! Have stayed in Golf Vista before. We like the area and easy to use back roads rather than main parkway. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Would rent again.
