In the city center of Chalon, in a quiet area, this charming apartment overlooks its private garden. Covering an area of 80 m2 with great benefits, it includes a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The fitted kitchen opens onto a bright living room overlooking the south-facing garden. A bedroom with a large 160 bed overlooks the garden. Tolle Wohnung, gemütlich und sauber, stadtnah. Kücheneinrichtung alles vorhanden was man braucht, einziges Manko:es war mehrere Tage kein warmes Wasser vorhanden. Wir mussten kalt duschen.....brrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Sehr sehr schöne Wohnung

Nicht selten sind Bilder von Ferienwohnungen (zumindest etwas) schöner als die Wohnung dann selbst. Hier war es aber umgekehrt. Kommt man durch die Wohnungstür, betritt man fast eine andere Welt. Alles sehr wohnlich, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und komplett ausgestattet. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Im Sommer immer zehn Grad kühler als draußen, dazu ein wunderbarer in sich geschlossener Garten zur rein eigenen Verfügung. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sehr zentral. In unmittelbarer Nähe (zwei bis drei geh Minuten) gibt es zwei (gebührenpflichtige) Q-Parkhäuser. In der Stadt selber geht alles zu Fuß.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has a large garden which is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked. It was perfect for a family of 4. It is centrally located so it's within walking distance of stores, the weekly market, Cathedral Square, etc. We hope to stay there again soon.

Havre de paix en pleine ville

Nous avons fait une escale au cours d'une randonnée en vélo avec un couple d'amis. Appartement au RdC d'une petite maison avec un jardin. C'était parfait. Et avec un petit "mais" : le ménage n'est pas donné !

Appartement avec beaucoup de charme

L’appartement situé en plein centre ville est très propre, rien ne manque , sa décoration l’anime d’une vraie vie loin des gîtes où tout est là « posé pour le touriste ».Le jardin, avec ses grands arbres peuplés d’oiseaux est un havre de paix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 adultes en profitant à pied des restaurants, du musée Niepce et des marchés. Pascal et Sophie, les propriétaires, sont extrêmement sympathiques•Nous le réserverons à nouveau très certainement.

Zentral, ruhig mit wunderschönem Garten

Eine wirklich schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Das Bad ist in einem Top-Zustand, Wohn- und Esszimmer sind geschmackvoll. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas bessere Messer und Töpfe gewünscht. Auch der Herd ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle hingegen waren neuwertig. Der Kühlschrank war zusammen mit dem Eisschrank modern und hochwertig. Die Wohnung hat ein modernes Lüftungssystem und es war trotz der warmen Sommertemperaturen in der Wohnung überraschend kühl. Der Garten war groß und stand uns exklusiv zur Verfügung. Im Garten gab es einen historischen Baumbestand und verschiedene Zonen mit Schatten- und Sonnen-Bereichen. Ebenso fehlte auch nicht ein Schuppen, in denen wir unsere Fahrräder und unseren Fahrradgepäckträger abstellen konnten. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter Pascal war hervorragend. Noch ein Wort zu den Schlafzimmern: die Betten waren recht hart, aber dennoch haben wir gut darauf geschlafen. Wie in manchen Ländern üblich, gab es keine zwei Decken im Doppelbett, sondern nur ein großes Oberbett, was recht dick war. Daran muss man sich erst einmal gewöhnen. In den Schlafzimmer und hat uns etwas Stauraum für Kleidung gefehlt. Zu viert wäre es eng geworden. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Stadt ist fantastisch. Man erreicht alle notwendigen Geschäfte fußläufig und ist auch schnell in der historischen Altstadt.

better than the pictures with a great garden

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the city. One of those places that is better in person than it shows in the pictures. Very nicely furnished and well equipped. And you might find yourself spending all your time lounging in the garden. Parking can be difficult - we found readily available spaces a 15-20 minute walk away.

nous avons passé une apres midi et une nuit dans ce logement tout a été parfait et le proprietaire est vraiment tres gentil et serviable. La maison est tres propre et tres bien agencée avec une magnifique decoration nous avons adorés et ce en plein centre ville de chalon qui est magnifique et de toutes commodités Merci .

L’idéal à Chalon-sur-Saône !

Situé dans le centre de la ville, cet exquis appartement est conçu, meublé, décoré de telle sorte que l’on se sent immédiatement « chez-soi » et avec l'énorme avantage de disposer d’un beau jardin, agréablement aménagé. Tout le nécessaire est prévu, tant à la cuisine que dans la salle-de-bains pour faciliter l’installation et le séjour. Tout est d’une grande propreté et très confortable. La communication avec Pascal Grapin le propriétaire, a été très cordiale et son accueil des plus sympathiques et nous l’en remercions. Etape ou séjour, ne pas hésiter: c'est au Clos 25 qu’il faut aller!

Séjour très agréable.

Séjour week end du 11/11/2019. Appartement coquet,sympa, très calme et fonctionnelle.Le plus sa situation en plein centre ville idéale, pas besoin de voiture pour sortir en ville et restaurants. Propriétaire sympa nous pensons y retourner à la belle saison pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Herbst in Burgund

The object rented was very central located in the town . It was a very good flat with 2 sleeping rooms and a nice kitchen and living area . Highlight is the garden with all furniture for using the sun equipped - and also giving a romantic touch. The contact to the landlord was good and he reacted imidiatly for any reuest given. Thanks for a Wonderful time.

Beautiful in-town apartment with garden

We loved our stay at Pascal and Sophie's apartment in Chalon-sur-Saone. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, wonderful central location, close to two parking garages (Q-park) where we could always find a space. It's so nice to have a garden, especially in the city. Pascal was very helpful and provided a book with everything we needed to know. Chalon-surSaone is a lovely city, markets most days, restaurants, bars, the photography museum, and centrlaly located for exploring the Burgundy wine region.

Nice apartment

High praise for this beautiful apartment, where we stayed one night. It is close to the center for some food. The garden is beautiful, large and with humorous signs from the communicative owner. Small disadvantage is paying for the parking space in front of the door. The biggest drawback was the mosquitoes that made our lives miserable. That cost us a lot of sleep. A few mosquito nets in the windows and turning over some standing water supplies in the garden would do wonders!
