We welcome you to Longeville les Metz in a completely independent apartment on the 1st floor of our house. Quiet, but 2 mins: restaurant, post office, pharmacy, etc.
Less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Metz.
The spacious and bright apartment F4 of 70 m2 is composed of a living room with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi available.
An American kitchen, fully equipped, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker + classic coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
1 bedroom with a 140 bed
1 second bedroom with 2 single beds
1 baby cot and 1 high chair can be made available for babies.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, hair dryer
1 separate wc
Sheets and towels are provided
The apartment is non-smoking (balcony for this purpose). Animals are not allowed
Parking is easy and free in front of the house.
The cleaning must be done before departure.
A cleaning option for 35 euros can be added. In July and August reservations are made only for the week from Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, it is one flight of steps at the rear of the house. The kitchen has everything you need. the host is very nice we communicated through a translation app, when a point had to be made. You can reach Metz center by bus or we usually parked at the Cathedral parking garage. There are quite a few supermarkets in the area. We like Leclerc the best. Since it was winter we didn't use the balcony.

Großzügige Wohnung mit vier Schlafgelegenheit. Toller Fall ausgestatteter Küche, nette Ambiente und ein ordentlicher Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.Vor allem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist flott an der Mosel oder in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Metz.

Diese eigentlich sehr schöne, saubere, ruhige und gut eingerichtete Wohnung haben wir wegen der Waschmaschine ausgewählt, die leider schimmelig war. Der Duschkopf im Bad war so kaputt, so dass es seitlich herausgespritzt hat. Die Zugangstreppe zur Wohnung ist hoch und steil und verlangt Trittsicherheit. Die moderat umgängliche Gastgeberin gab uns lediglich 1 Handtuch pro Person. Wir haben zwei Betten gebucht, aber nur eines war bezogen. Dieses Bett war zu kurz und zu schmal für uns beide und nur mit einer Bettdecke ausgestattet. Aber es gab noch ein schmales Ausweichbett, das wir auf nochmalige Nachfrage und Bitte selbst beziehen durften. Gastfreundlich geht im Übrigen grundsätzlich ganz anders.

En réponse à ce commentaire totalement injuste, voici quelques explications : 1) Quelques taches d’humidité sur les caoutchoucs de la machine à laver . (Cela ne vous a pas empéché de l’utiliser dès votre arrivée). En effet celle-ci est très peu utilisée (voir jamais pour un séjour de 2 nuits). 2) Il a suffit de tourner le pommeau de douche d’un quart de tour pour un fonctionnement optimal. Je suis désolée. 3) Quant aux lits, ils sont conformes à la description sur le site Abritel : 1 lit double de 140 × 190 ( ce n’est pas un king size) fait à votre arrivée. Vous ne m’aviez pas demandé un 2ème lit à la réservation. Dans la 2ème chambre 2 lits jumeaux de 90 × 190 et non pas un lit d’appoint. Je vous ai bien sur fourni des draps à votre arrivée. 4) Il me semble que la fourniture d’une serviette de bain par personne, une serviette dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’un tapis de bain pour 2 nuits correspond aux normes écologiques de notre époque. Quant à mon hospitalité, je vous invite à regarder les 80 avis déposés par les hôtes précédents depuis 10 ans. Je vous salue bien Madame.

Ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts.Geschirr, Besteck, Küchnengeräte alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Alle Gesräte funktionierten.Der Empfang und Einweisung von Frau Caromel war sehr freundlich und ausführlich. Es gibt reichaltiges Informationsmaterial (Stadtpläne, Broschüren und Tipps für Ausflüge).Die Lage ist super: Balkon, Blick auf einen großen, hübschen Garten, 500 m zum Bäcker undBushaltestelle (nur 10 Min zur Innenstadt/ Bahnhof 15 Min.) und sehr ruhig gelegen, Man kann direkt von der Wohnung sehr viele Spaziergänge machen und ist sofort im Wald oder auf in den Moselauen. Wir haben unser Auto (eigener Stellplatz auf dem Gelände) nur zweimal benutzt.Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank an Frau Caromel für die angenehme, erholsame Zeit in Metz.G&F Ullrich
