In one of the oldest house in Vallon Pont d'Arc, in the heart of the village and shops. A 10 minute walk from the Ardeche River, and at the entrance to the nature reserve of the Ardèche Gorges.
The pool is shared by 4 houses. Above ground dimensions of 8.50 m x 2.20 m. Secured by a pool gate with lock.
All businesses are doable on foot.
