Ce gßte parfaitement équipé avec piscine privative permet d'avoir accÚs à quiétude et sécurité à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Vallon. Tout petit bémol n'incombant nullement les propriétaires de ce superbe gßte : l'odeur désagréable (émanant de la distillerie- déchetterie?) s'invitant dans le quartier en fonction de la météo...

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Besonders der Pool war bei mehreren Tagen ĂŒber 40 Grad ein großes Highlight, tiptop gepflegt und tĂ€glich gereinigt! Die Ausstattung sowohl innen als auch außerhalb des Hauses lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Stadtzentrum, verschiedene GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants sind alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen und mit dem Auto kann man tolle AusflĂŒge in der Region unternehmen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Il n'a pas été mentionné que la piscine n'est pas chauffée, à cette période de l'année il fait trÚs froid pour se baigner pour les enfants. Le wifi pourrait atteindre plus loin sur les lieux.

Mooie woning met leuk zwembadje in een mooie locatie

Mooie ingericht huisje met living open keuken. Kamer met dubbel bed en een kamer met twee enkel bedden, ideaal voor gezin met 2 kinderen of stel. Afgesloten complex van drie afgescheiden woningen, identiek dezelfde elk met eigen zwembadje, op 10 minuten wandelafstand van centrum Vallon Pont d’Arc. Bijna geen inkijk tussen de woningen door schermen of beplanting.

Avis sur notre location d’une villa à vallon pont d’arc

Belle villa impeccable au niveau propretĂ© et Ă©quipement ! PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique ! Le seul bĂ©mol Ă©tant que l’eau n’était plus assez chaude pour la baignade 22degres du 29/8/21 au 5/9/21 ! Il aurait peut-ĂȘtre fallu la couvrir le soir .Je pense qu’à ces dates avancĂ©es dans la saison , les tarifs journaliers auraient deja pu ĂȘtre revus Ă  la baisse vu les prix pleins tarifs appliquĂ©s pour cette location ! Nous sommes un peu déçus !

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette résidence en tout point fonctionnelle et trÚs trÚs propre. Les gérants sont sympathiques et disponibles. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la piscine au dimension plus que suffisantes pour 4 personnes.
