New fully air-conditioned gîte on enclosed grounds with private heated swimming pool (7x3.5) Composed of a large living room with kitchen area and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen (LV, oven, hob, oven / freezer, MW, tassimo ..), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), bathroom and separate wc. Barbecue.
Sheets and towels provided.
3 ears gite de France and 3 stars.
Very well located in a quiet location with the greenway at the foot of the gîte, the Pont d'Arc valley at 10 min and the shops at 5 min.
Possibility of cleaning package 60th.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus war genau so, wie in der Anzeige. Ein kleines Manko gab es, es hätte etwas mehr Geschirr da sein können. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Fantastisch, wij komen terug.
De woning is beter da de foto's laten zien.
