Beautiful cottage entirely of wood in the heart of the Natural Park of Lake Forest East. Large living / dining room with large picture window on terrace and garden furniture. In winter the stove will decorate your evenings. A variety of activities are available: golf, horseback riding, biking, hiking, sailing .... The cottage is near the lake (1 km from the beach) and near Troyes (20 km) and the factory outlets as well as its medieval town center.

Olivier nous a reçu avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse. Le chalet était conforme au descriptif.Avec des points d'intérêts, tout au tout tour du lac, pour nos petits enfants. Je recommande vivement.

Das Ferienhaus ist eines von mehreren in einem zusammenhängenden Gebäude. Es war passend für uns (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) aufgeteilt. Es enthielt alle nötigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Eine Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten war dabei. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, er gab uns viele Informationen. Das Haus ist nahe des Sees/ des Badestrands gelegen. Man fährt eher mit dem Rad oder dem Auto dorthin. Man kommt gut vom Haus mit dem Auto nach Troyes oder an andere Orte. Der See ist riesig. An drei offiziellen Badestränden sind Rettungsschwimmer, an zweien auch Bars und Restaurants. Achtung, in manchen Jahren wird der See abgelassen. Radfahrwege sind um den See gut ausgebaut, außerhalb der Ortschaften. Nigloland ist in einer knappen halben Stunde erreichbar. Troyes ist ebenfalls eine knappe halbe Stunde entfernt, ebenso viele unbekanntere Champagnerhäuser und das bekanntere Champagnerhaus Drappier.Gut zu wissen ist, dass ein Auto schon nötig ist. Außerdem gut zu wissen ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Einige Stellen werden sicher in den kommenden Monaten renoviert.

Très beau séjour, à Géraudot. Proche du lac des Settons, et de Troyes.Le logement au calme, équipé juste ce qu'il faut. Un extérieur sans vis à vis direct et le propriétaire très sympa.Les promenades a vélo sont a faire autour du lac.

4j 3nuits à Geraudot.

Situation au cœur du village. Dans une rue très faiblement passante. À pied il faut exactement 1km pour rejoindre la plage principale. (Baignade autorisée) Les vélovoies sont accessibles en vélo depuis le chalet. à 2min. Premier petit commerce à 7kms. Le chalet que j'avais (le plus à droite) est confortable. Il ne manque rien. Propriétaire sympathique et agréable. Si vous aimez la nature, la marche et surtout le vélo. Cet endroit vous ravira ! La route du champagne est à faire ! Paysages magnifiques. Belle découverte. Je vous le recommande. J'y reviendrai. PS: pour les commentaires négatifs sur le bruit, l'escalier en bois craque fort effectivement mais honnêtement ca s'arrête là. On passe son temps dehors dans ce joli coin. Pas dedans !

Superbe adresse, location très bien située dans un endroit calme avec un parking privatif. La location est très propre et bénéficie d’une très bonne qualité de couchage. Le propriétaire est avenant, serviable, sympathique & j’en passe. Très belle région (surtout pour les cyclistes). En un mot que du bonheur dans cette location à consommer sans modération . mit kleinen Einschränkungen angenehmes Feriendomizil

Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv, zu sagen ist, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich und umgänglich ist. Um Schwierigkeiten (tropfender Ablauf) hat er sich umgehend gekümmert. Die Reinigung bei der Ankuft hätte allerdings etwas gründlicher sein können. Der Vermieter wies uns im Gespräch darauf hin, dass wir das auch hätten melden können. Er hätte für Abhilfe gesorgt. Wir hatten allerdings selbst manche Stellen dann doch nachgereinigt (vor allem Küchenbereich). Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig (Holzbauweise). Zum See mit Badestrand ist es etwa 1 km, mit dem Rad wenige Minuten. Der Strand wird tägl. gereinigt. Trotz dieser Einschränkungen könnten wir usn vorstellen wieder dort hinzufahren.

Super chalet! Dépaysement garanti!

Le chalet est très propre, tout est fonctionnel! Le côté chalet bois associé au poêle nous a vraiment permis de nous évader. De belles balades en famille à faire juste à côté. Nous y reviendrons!!!
