It has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 large living room, 1 dining room, a fully equiped kitchen, surrounded by wooden terrasses, a 5000 m2 garden, a 14 m long pool, and a pool shelter with an incredible view over the mediterranean see.

This area is also one of the best european spot for KiteSurfing, Windsurfing and Boating. And for those who prefer hiking, the start of the corsican trail (GR20) is at 35 minutes drives, at PortoVechio. You will find there also some of the best canyoning spot.
You will also enjoyed a very large choice of restaurants in Bonifacio, both in the old citadelle and in the harbor, and you can also party there too.

What makes this property unique

this property is facing the piantarella beach, which is one of the most beautiful lagoon in the mediterranean sea. His shallow water allows to enjoy all the water sport safely. This area is also very well preserved, and you feel alone as there's almost no construction visible from the house.
There's a windsurf school and a sailing school on the beach, perfect for the kids, where you can rent equipement too.
If you like boating, you are at 2 nautical miles from the lavezzi island, and 20 nautical miles from the north of Sardaigna. So going there is very easy.
But if you prefer hiking, the corsican mountain can give you one of the most challenged trails, above 2000 meter high, overseing the sea. The canyoning is also amazing.
And least, Bonifacio is a very old and spectacular harbor : the only fjord in the mediteranean sea. You will find there everything you need to have fun at night.
