Brand new chalet of 110 m² on 2 floors. Very beautiful view of the mountains, in the center, close to all shops, ski lifts and the ESF meeting point.
1st floor
 4 separate bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate WC, balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed, balcony. 1 bedroom with two beds, balcony. 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + drawer bed and double bed.
2 independent bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and integrated WC. Separate toilets. Bathroom linen provided. Beds made on arrival. Large closet at the entrance for outdoor clothing and shoes.
2nd floor
Very nice kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
All the small household appliances needed. Beautiful dishes. Tea towels provided.
Dining room with large table, low cabinet, living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, large screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI.

POSSIBILITY OF SERVICES AT YOUR DISPOSAL: groceries delivered to your home, babysitting, ski equipment rental with 20% reduction, ski instructor reservation, ski pass purchase. All these services must be booked at the same time as the reservation.

    Le séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’hôte est très gentille et super accueillante. Le chalet est parfaitement placé dans la station, à proximité de tous les commerces. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

    Wir waren 8 Erwachsene im La Balalaika. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und würden das Objekt auch wieder buchen und können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Die Schlafzimmer, Dusche, Bad, Toiletten (im 1. Stock) sind sehr schön. Wenn 8 Erwachsene gleichzeitig vom Ski fahren zurück kommen wird es im Eingangsbereich etwas eng. Zum Wohnbereich im 2.ten Stock: die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Wohn und Esszimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Wer das Objekt mietet, ist alleine im Haus und wird durch andere Urlauber nicht gestört - es sei diese torkeln gröhlend auf der Hauptstraße nach Hause :-) Zur Lage: zentrale Lage an der Hauptstraße und ein Supermarkt befindet sich gleich gegenüber. Die zentrale Lage war für uns ein kleiner Minuspunkt da früh morgens doch der ein oder andere Pkw oder LKW fährt. 5 Sterne wollten wir nicht vergeben, aber 4 Sterne sind wiederum zu wenig! Nur ein "paar" Schritte entfernt (Entfernung ist relativ) ist ein Zubringer-Sessellift. Dieser war aber aufgrund des Schneemangels leider nicht in Betrieb und wir mussten ein paar Meter weiter laufen. Herzlichen Dank auch noch an Catherine, check in und check out war richtig Klasse! Auch die nette Dame und die beiden Herren die im und um das Geschäft im EG waren konnten angesprochen werden.

    Chalet très bien placé et agréable

    Le chalet était d'une propreté rarement vue à notre arrivée. Il est situé sur l'avenue principale, proche des remontées et de la vie de la station, il est donc logique qu'une chambre soit un peu plus bruyante à cause du passage. Le chalet est agréable, grand et bien équipé. L'hôte est sympathique et arrangeante.

    Vacances de neige réussies

    Nous avons passé un très agréable moment entre amis. L’appartement convenait parfaitement aux besoins de nos deux familles. Nos hôtes étaient très soucieux de notre bien-être et très réactifs. L’emplacement central au coeur d’une station vivante est bien évidemment un grand plus mais peut s’avérer désavantageux en ce qui concerne le calme nocturne.

    Super séjour au Chalet Balalaika

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Chalet Balalaika. Il est situé en plein coeur de la station, près de tous les commerces, restaurants et près des pistes. Le chalet est très bien agencé, super joli. Les chambres sont comfortables. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accessibles. A conseiller !

    Chalet spacieux et bien situé (centre + pied des pistes). Propriétaires à l'écoute. Seul bémol : finition des travaux un peu "cheap" : cloisons internes très fines, portes difficiles à fermer et isolation fenêtres limitée

    Très bon séjour

    Appartement très bien équipé pour grande famille ou entre amis et joliment décoré. L'emplacement est très bien aussi, sur la rue principale, à proximité des commerces et des cours de ski pour les enfants. Nous avons eu un peu de bruit certains soirs mais dans l'ensemble cela ne nous a dérangé plus que ça. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

    Lovely chalet in a great location

    We would definitely return to this chalet. All of the party commented how beautiful it was, and it’s in a perfect location opposite the supermarket and a short walk from the slopes. Our only comment would be we ran out of hot water on two occasions, despite only 6 of us having showered on those days. This was explained as the tank only heats 600L of water a day, but we found this ran out sooner than expected after using the dishwasher, showering etc. Overall, we loved our stay at this chalet and would love to return next year!

    Chalet très propre, chaleureux, confortable, joliment décoré et agréable à vivre en famille. Très bien placé pour tout. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour malgré parfois un temps un peu capricieux. A conseiller les yeux fermés.

    Excellent chalet in ideal location

    We were very happy with our choice of chalet. Modern, comfortable, clean, and relatively well-appointed it provided ample space for four adults and four children under 7. It is in a very good location just opposite the best supermarket in the town and only a 7 minute walk from the main lifts and a little bit further to the meeting points for the children's ski-school. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were returning to L2A with a group of the same size.

    Un chalet urbain, compromis idéal pour une famille ou un groupe ayant des attentes hétérogènes

    Proche des remontées, proche des écoles de ski, proche des garderies, proche des magasins, au centre du village, ce chalet dispose d’un “layout “ très agréable. Sur 2 étages, les chambres et salles d’eau en dessous d’un espace de vie spacieux. Ambiance chaude et design. Quelques petits détails à revoir, mais qui ne compromettent pas l’impression d’ensemble. Accueil très sympathique et amical.

    Really nice Chalet

    Stayed for a week in January 19. Couldn't get into the apartment until 3PM but was expected. Hand over was as expected and deposit taken on card in shop below. We also had to give €250 cash for the cleaning, however it was refunded at end when our host was happy we had left the Chalet clean and tidy. Chalet is quite new, really nice layout and bedrooms are roomy enough. Everything was clean on our arrival. Only some minor signs of usage e.g a few door handles were coming loose but nothing to worry about. Kitchen and lounge area are very spacious and well equipped. Enough room in the wardrobe by the door for skis/snowboards and a large wardrobe in hall for any coats. Chalet hosts speak very little English but we just about managed to get by, however it made trying to arrange any extras beforehand like catering was impossible so don't expect that. Ski rental discount was offered however with the discount it made it about average price so don't go expect a decent discount over norm. One strange thing we did find was that if we stayed in the chalet for an evening, we all were very dry - possibly because its heated by underfloor heating and a lack of ventilation. Overall a nice smart comfortable Chalet.

    Sehr schönes Appartement

    Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem Chalet. Sehr zentral gelegen und nur ca. 200m zur Gondel. Man wohnt direkt im Ort und hat einen gut sortierten Supermarkt gegenüber. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und die Aufteilung des Appartements ist auch sehr praktisch. Wir haben mit drei Kindern und sechs Erwachsenen dort gewohnt. Die Erwachsenen konnten also abends im Obergeschoss sein, ohne die Kleinen beim Schlafen zu stören. Dir Schlafräume befinden sich im Untergeschoss. Hier und da sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten defekt gewesen ( Türklinken locker, Duschkörbchen für Duschgel usw. locker), was uns nicht gestört hat, aber man hat dann natürlich Bedenken, dass man dafür beschuldigt wird. So war es aber nicht. Die Übergabe bei Abreise war problemlos und die Vermieter sehr nett. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Endreinigung ist mit 250€ sehr hoch angesetzt! Das wäre für mich ein Grund nicht nochmal dort zu mieten.
