The tri-level home sits at the top of 2.5 acres with a pool, Jacuzzi, and a sand volleyball court .There is hiking out the back door that loops around the local canyon. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, One queen and two king beds. The living area occupies the middle floor and office space occupies the lower level. There are 2 rooms with queen beds and 2 baths on the lower level also .The office space is not available to renters.

Overall we had a great stay at this house which suited our needs as a group of friends in our mid-30s attending our friends’ wedding in nearby Del Mar! It’s a big beautiful house with plenty of spaces for our group to catch up and hang out, while also offering enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy. The pool and hot tub were lovely, (though the patio furniture could be a little refreshed, but overall fine!). It felt wonderfully secluded, though it seems houses are being built immediately adjacent; so it might not be the case forever. Plenty of parking, lots of space, and close proximity to our friends’ wedding venue, all of which were priorities.

Fantastic house. Beautiful property. 5 stars does not do it justice.

We felt like we were staying in a private resort. A bit cool for the pool but enjoyed the hot tub everyday. This house is an architectural treasure and the views are magnificent. Lots of windows, several decks on the many levels. Beautifully furnished and spacious rooms that accommodated our whole family, all adults. There were more bedrooms and washrooms than set out in the listing. We felt like we were in a nature reserve but still close to everything. We were near biking and hiking trails and a short drive to the beach. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a luxurious home away from home.

Just perfect

We are a family, mostly young adults and this house worked beautifully. The pool/hot tub and volleyball court made our stay so fun. House is beautiful, loved all the decks and open kitchen/living area.
