Private/updated basement apartment in great location - in Highland between Provo & Salt Lake City in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor adventure.

Within 6 miles: Thanksgiving point, Outlets at Traverse, Cabela's, Silicon Slopes, American Fork Canyon/Tibble Fork Reservoir, Highland Glen Park, Fox Hollow Golf Course, Smith's Marketplace, Mount Timpanogos and Draper Temple.

Home owners are empty nesters and live on main floor. We only charge a $10 cleaning fee to keep cost down, and we appreciate that our guests have been respectful in leaving the apartment in tidy condition:)

The Space
Newly remodeled open-concept 3 bedroom basement apartment. Tall 9 foot ceilings throughout makes you feel like you're not even in a basement. New floors in main living area, new kitchen and appliances, new furniture in living space. Separate thermostat.

* Bedroom 1: King bed; also accommodates queen air mattress and/or pack & play
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed
* Open space: Available queen air mattress can replace large ottoman in living area

Guest Access
You will have a separate entrance into the private basement apartment, which includes an open main living area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a double vanity and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet. You will have access to family games and some toys for smaller children.

Interaction with Guests
To ensure your privacy, we have self check-in so you won’t have to worry with the hassle of meeting up with anyone. However, we are available as needed and happy to assist with any questions you may have.

This home was easy to find, in a beautiful neighborhood, very clean and open floor plan. Loved, loved , loved how the host had thought of everything we may need. There was a nice surprise containers of co0kies to welcome us when we arrived. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this beautiful home. Communication with the host was easy. It felt like home, with the wonderful Christmas decorations, comfortable beds and furniture, all the amenities we could need!

5 Star accommodations!

Our family of 7 decided to stay in a VRBO rather than overwhelm family members over the Thanksgiving holiday. When we saw that this was a "basement apartment" we weren't sure what to expect however the apartment was absolutely perfect. The apartment and furnishings are of the highest quality. The apartment is light and has very high ceilings and plenty of privacy. The beds are comfortable and the blinds keep the rooms dark for sleeping in late in the morning if desired. The couch is comfortable with soft blankets for hanging out or watching a movie and the kitchen table was perfect for playing games. We don't have small children but there is a closet full of toys and games if you do. Jill made our stay special with extras like cookies, chocolates and oranges when we arrived. Jill stayed in touch with us and was willing to let us book an extra night when a storm kept us from leaving as planned and even offered to do laundry for us if needed! We are hoping to book again this summer when we come to Utah for a family reunion. It is really the perfect place!

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay!

We were in town for our daughters wedding. We wanted a comfortable place to stay with enough room to prepare for the various events we had lined up. This place did not disappoint! It was very comfortable and included everything we could have hoped for...including delicious crumble cookies when we arrived. Thank you for providing such a beautiful comfortable place to stay!

We felt right at home at this newly decorated and well stocked space. Jill was an over the top host, wanting us to have a great experience and all the comforts of home. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old grandson, and plenty of room for all of us. There were lots of games and toys for all ages. The location is great with access to all services and a close hop to the freeway. Tall ceilings made it feel like you were not in a basement apartment. Thank You Jill!
