You'll have access to various shared amenities like two pools and hot tubs, miniature golf, a basketball court, game room and more. Back at the condo, you'll be treated to an electric fireplace in the living room, a full kitchen, and patio. This condo can also be rented along with the adjoining studio, Aspen Suites 505 & 506.

My first visit in this area and very impressed. This condo is located in a resort with excellent amenities. It is walking distance to trails, the river, the town and all the restaurants and shopping it has to offer. The grounds and buildings of the resort are beautifully kept, and artistically pleasing. The condo itself has everything you need.

I would give this property 5 stars if I had gotten a good nights sleep. The location and property were wonderful! Tons to do both within walking distance or a short drive. However, the mattresses on both the bed and pull out bed made it impossible to get a good nights rest to get ready for the next day.

Nice stay very roomy!

The stay was great. It was nice to have space. The kitchen was well stocked. Back porch area was nice and it has a washer and dryer. The carpet is a little worn and there were a couple bulbs out. The fireplace has a bulb out which made it not as nice. All in all a good place.

We loved it! The resort has two pools and two hot tubs. Mini golf, fitness room, game room for kid! Bikes for free to ride! Free breakfast! Two min walk to Adventure park! And 5 min walk to main streets! Very satisfied with the place, everything was clean and kitchen had everything we needed! Also you can go outside and barbecue on gas!

The property was very nice. The lack of smart TVs or streaming devices left limited viewing options. There were dvd players, but no dvds. There were spots in the suite that could use some touch ups.

Great quick weekend! Condo is exactly as advertised. Comfy and nicely appointed. Shower is great too...which isn’t always the case. Requested a late check out twice with no response from the owner. Kind of annoying, but expected with a busy weekend. Would totally stay here again.

The room was nothing like the picture. All the furnitures were different with no fireplace. The fabric furnitures were a little dirty. The bed and pillows were very shift. Came home with a neck ache.

Very clean but could be more comfortable

The place was very clean which I appreciated! They had several games for my kids to play. The bed felt more like a full was very uncomfortable. My husband and I kept sinking into the middle. The hide a bed was also very uncomfortable. We had a family of 4 staying and there were only 3!towels provided. I sent a text and was told I would receive more towels. It was 10 am the next day and we still hadn’t received more. I sent another text and finally got enough towels.

Great management support

This is a great location. Lower level really close to parking and a pool and hot tub. We could watch the coasters at the Leavenworth adventure center from our place! We had seen the reviews about the bed, but everybody’s different so we took it with a grain of salt. Needless to say, the first night we slept in that bed it was absolutely ridiculous! We got in touch with the management and they came out. The bed was actually broken! They immediately cleaned the adjoining part of the condo (unit506) so we could use the bed there. The king bed in unit 506 is really comfortable. They will be replacing the broken bed ASAP. Other than that we had a fantastic time. I will be booking the entire unit in September for a girls trip!

Birthday Getaway

I chose this property for my birthday trip with my husband and daughter. The unit was clean and cozy and the location was perfect. We enjoyed playing mini golf and swimming in the pool after a long day of walking and shopping in town. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Broken glass on floor that cut our daughter

Stay was ok but they list that their is a first aid kit on site and this is not true. The first night we were there our 13 year old daughter stepped on what looked to be a large piece of a broken glass beer bottle and we had to scramble to find care. There was zero response from the property owner to this day.
