Satisfied and appropriate for our needs

The place was a good size for our needs. The one block walk to the beach was nice. The building overall needs some upkeep and updating. I would love to have basic added amenities, like board games, more updated movies and books, and beach chairs, but overall, it’s a good place to stay.
