This newly remodeled, 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, air-conditioned 800 sf. condo looks out over beautiful Sunrise golf course. Steps from resort like swimming pool & jaccuzzi area with palm tree framed mountain views. Condo is located in Sunrise Country Club a gated/guarded community giving you a private, quiet and safe condo to enjoy your time in Rancho Mirage. Community includes access to golf, tennis, pickle ball, dining, workout facilities, events and classes. A true desert oasis.

Enter into the condo through a large, landscaped, interior courtyard with overhead shade covering. It includes 6 person patio set and a large gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining or just relaxing.

The spacious living/dining room comes with cable HDTV & High Speed internet WiFi and steps out onto the shaded, private front patio overlooking the golf course. The dining table seats 4 and is next to a bar eating/pass through area. There’s also a 1/2 bath, easy access for quests.

The recently remodeled kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped for a long stay and for entertaining. The kitchen window opens to an outside counter near the outside gas grill for easy pass-through to the front courtyard.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and large private master bath (shower/bath) and large closet. Master has view of golf course and direct access to patio through glass doors.

All linens, towels, pool towels, and bedding are provided. The condo has full size washer and dryer. One car garage with door opener and additional parking on the driveway.

After cleanliness, the two most important things the rental must have are 1) a comfortable bed 2) a comfortable couch. This unit has them. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Lovely Stay

Sunrise Country Club is a wonderful location to vacation. Lovely golf course, tennis and pickle ball. Neighbors are all so nice and helpful. Conveniently located to everything and the grounds are kept so nicely. The apartment was nice with a lovely courtyard and back patio right on the golf course. Rick and his wife were very accommodating and responsive, very nice people. It is an end unit and is sunny and bright all day. A new rug in the living room and one in the bedroom would make it perfect! I highly recommend.

Phenomenal stay in Rancho Mirage

This condo was everything we expected and MORE. Very clean, great layout, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, you name it - it has it. Owners were very prompt and thorough. We hope to stay here again in the near future!
