Nicely Remodeled Condo, Great Location, In The Heart Of Rancho Mirage
This renovated condo has a large open concept family room/dining room with comfortable furniture, 70' flat screen t.V. (125+ channels), smart bluray player, high speed wifi and surround sound. There is a large main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, attached full bath & 50” T.V. The main bedroom also has a nice desk and chair, should you need to get some work done. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom (with shower) across the hall. The attached private patio has a large gas barbeque and peek a boo mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything the chef and family will need, in addition to be being new and contemporary. You’ll love our quiet complex with a fantastic pool, hot tub and tennis court right by the condo!

Please leave the gate opener along with the keys on the table, prior to departing.

This condo is our escape...our home away from home. We love relaxing by the pool, playing tennis and walking to the River for dinner and a movie. We both work full time in the San Diego area, and have always enjoyed the sun and relaxation in the desert. Our family is so happy to own this condo now, which we renovated ourselves.

This condo's location can't be beat. We love the area. We enjoy the beautifully maintained grounds. It's so quiet and relaxing, yet right in the heart of Rancho Mirage, with great shopping, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance!
