Mission Hills CC 1640 sf remodeled Tennis Villa, 3 bd w/2 masters on 17th green

This remodeled 2 master suite tennis villa plus a third bedroom is a walk away from the Mission Hills Country Club pool and tennis courts. The home has tile floors and new cabinets with beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen ,bar and both bathrooms. I hope you will enjoy the colorful appointments in this condo including sheets and towels chosen to enhance the "fun factor" of your vacation. It also has new carpet and beds (the master hosting a comfortable bed) along with new plush "fun factor" bedding and towels, gorgeous artwork, a contemporary tiled brick gas fireplace, an atrium hosting a lighted fountain filled with sparkling green glass making the view from the dining area extremely pleasing along with state of the art LED lighting. It has a fabulous location facing the 17th green of The Arnold Palmer Golf Course and lake. Both masters have flat screen TV's mounted on the wall and ceiling fans. The large master suite has a king size bed, a 60" Samsung flat screen TV and an office with a desk and printer for your convenience. The sliding glass doors from the master lead to the large patio facing the golf course and lake.

The master bath is quite large with Jack and Jill sinks (so no fighting allowed) and a very large shower with a bench. Both bathrooms have hairdryers and wall mounted make up mirrors so you can leave yours at home.

The 2nd master bedroom has 2 double beds, a 55" flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. It has its own large shower with a bench.

The third smaller room has a double bed and a 42" flat screen TV.

The living room is large and has a 72" Samsung QLED90 flat screen TV which is crystal clear, a ceiling fan, a glassed gas fireplace, and a private bar. The sliding glass doors which are covered with plantation shutters go directly to the exterior patio which faces the 17th green of the Arnold Palmer golf course. The patio is large and totally covered and has an outdoor fan for your comfort. There is a barbeque on the patio for the chefs in your family. This home is very beautiful and comfortable, and I love sharing it with others. The home is the epitome of relaxation.

The house is stocked with everyday items so all you have to bring is yourself and your personal belongings.

There is a highchair and play-n-pak available for the little ones.

We had a perfect Thanksgiving vacation!Linda was a terrific host and everything was great! We enjoyed the location of the property and the whole family had lots to do from hiking, shopping to golf.

Really pretty view off the deck with ability to watch golfers and see water fowl in the pond.

We loved our stay here. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and pretty. The host had various supplies like olive oil, etc., which made our stay easier. We would definitely rent here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property.

The property was decorated tastefully and maintained well. The master bedroom was luxurious and spacious. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The villa has a lovely view of the golf course The owner was accommodating in every way.

Central Location - Family Friendly

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to all the courses that we played as well as many restaurants and shopping options. The property was exactly as shown, it was clean and comfortable. Lots of room for families and kids and the overall facilities were in fantastic shape. The only caveat that I would note would be the fact that we were unable to call a taxi or an uber to the community because guests are unable to invite guests, a very small hiccup and basically a non-issue.

It was a very good year !

Why not quote Frank Sinatra when describing a month at Mission Hills in a luxury 3 bedroom villa with all the amenities and a postcard location. Mission Hills is a premium community and the villa owner is an exceptional host - responsive and efficient in all matters - communications are timely and well organized.

Everything we'd hoped for and more

We had a wonderful and comfortable month here in this Mission Hills condo. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, and in a scenic, private location. The owner, Linda, is very responsive and she has furnished her home with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings, amenities, and beds and baths are first rate. The location is convenient to all the desert cities, as well as shopping for groceries and last minute items. There is much to do in the area, and we were able to take advantage of many things. As much as we enjoyed our day and evening activities, returning to this home was always a pleasure.

The owner of this unit has done everything to make your stay great. It is tastefully decorated and has all of the items that make a stay easy. I particularly appreciated the electronic pads on the door and garage, which made it easy to check in and out. No need for someone to meet you at the property, this is a great feature. Highly upgraded unit with all the bells and whistles. The Mission Hills complex is gated and very well maintained. Three bedrooms can sleep many, we only had three it felt as large as a house. Highly recommended to anyone who is thinking of staying the the desert area, very good value for the rental price. Don't miss Burgers and Beer nearby, it is exceptional. Bill

Elegant Tranquility

I had a very last minute request (next day availability) for Linda, and she immediately responded back with a Yes! The home is located in the beautiful complex of Mission Hills Resort. The pictures of the home are exactly as they appear in person - even more vibrant and beautiful close up - I love the turquoise flair throughout the home! Any communication I had with Linda was handled with an immediate, professional response. The home is very spacious. I've been in homes where the photos are stretched so they appear bigger than they are, only to be disappointed when when arrive, at how small the home really was - this was definitely not the case for Linda's beautiful home. It was just the right size with room to move around. The outside is my favorite part. My son loves to fish, and all you have to do is walk right outside your back door, and cast your line for catch and release fishing. The neighbors, when we saw them, were very friendly and interested in watching my teenager fish. I highly recommend Linda's home and hope to return again before summer is gone!

Great Property!

Linda was fabulous to deal with. Always replied to questions quickly. The property is just like the pictures, comfortable and everything you need for a great stay. A grapefruit tree just off the deck. Costco and Walmart are close for groceries or anything you forgot or need more of, we went to lots of markets and art festivals, up the Tram (there was snow so dress accordingly), lots of hiking and a couple of days exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Best hike we did was not in the park but called the Ladders in Painted Rock Canyon. East of Indio. One thing to keep in mind is that you are on a golf course so grounds keeping starts early to get ahead of the golfers. We were here for a month. Would highly recommend the property,

Beautiful Oasis, with golf course views in Rancho Mirage

We spent a wonderful, warm, sunny month in Rancho Mirage. Linda has a beautiful, well equipped villa and is very responsive to all enquiries. The back patio has great views of the golf course and mountains and was perfect for dinner most evenings. This was a very easy 5 star rating.

3-Surface Tennis Tournament Getaway

Great location for our annual 3-surface tournament and it was great to just be able to walk to the tennis courts. The house had all the amenities needed for cooking and the outside grill was an extra bonus. The house is beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Palm Springs annual girl’s trip

Annual ladies PS film fest trip. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions prior to arrival. The condo did not disappoint! Terrific location, polite and personable grounds staff, well-appointed condo and beautifully decorated. Might add that while I frequently use VRBO I’ve never experienced a condo with more thoughtfulness to the comfort of the guest than this. Highly recommend!!

I love Mission Hills. I was born in Berkeley and raised in Orinda, California. My alma mater was Miramonte High School and then San Jose State in the 1960's. I have played tennis in Mission Hills for years and finally decided to buy a home here. I liked it so much I bought another one--this one. I love sharing my homes with others and receive so much enjoyment seeing my guests come from far away for a relaxing wonderful stay.

Why they chose this property

I found this property while staying at my other home in Mission Hills. It's location is so great, I just fell in love with it and I know you will too. I have totally remodeled it and it is gorgeous.

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room and patio are absolutely beautiful. You can watch the golfers go by and gaze at the lake while sipping your glass of wine in the evening or your cup of coffee in the morning. It is very peaceful. The rolling hills and plush green grass don't hurt either. This home also is one of the rare 3 bedroom homes. The home also has a double covered patio.
