Rental - 12 people in Brittany in the department of Morbihan (56) 45 minutes from the sea (valves), 45 minutes from Saint-Brieuc, the pink granite coast around 1h30. We are close to the Nantes to Brest canal, very pleasant for a bike ride. Broceliande forest at 30min, Josselin and its castle at 15min. Mont st michel at 2am. Pointe du raz 2h15.
Our accommodation is ideal for couples, business travelers, families with children and perfect for large groups.
Totally renovated house.

- Fully screened park (over 1000 m²)
- 4 bedrooms plus a mezzanine with sleeping
- Ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (adapted shower-WC, kitchen)
The gîte faces south and is made up of:

On the ground floor :

- a very large living room with television, convertible sofa, armchair, dining area,
- a large fitted kitchen with central island,
(fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher),
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- a bathroom with shower and toilet

A washing machine is at your disposal
Possibility folding bed for baby.

Upstairs :

-1 bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 90 "beds

Great Gathering Place

We booked this property because it was in the vicinity of where our family in France lives. We were pleasantly surprised to find the space was exactly as represented in the listing. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the main living area was perfect for hanging around to catch up. My nieces and nephew enjoyed the ping pong table too! The owner made sure to stop by and check in with us, but otherwise left us to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a cozy feeling, yet large space.

Poor arrival instructions. On one page we were told the key was in a box by the green gate, on another by the blue gate. In fact it was by the front door. However there are two gites both number 7. We got the wrong one and someone had to come and sort out the problem. One evening a French couple tried to get into our gite because they too had found the wrong one.There were no rubbish bins on site, we had to go about 100m to a public bin.The place was very sparsely furnished, but adequate for our needs.Communications were good.The area is rural but easy access to interesting towns and villages

Gîte au coeur de la campagne, joliment rénové et parfaitement équipé

Nous étions 18 dont 4 enfants et avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable, idéal pour séjourner en groupe et rayonner dans les environs de Pontivy. Ce grand gîte de 12 personnes attenant à un plus petit de 6 personnes est d'une propreté impeccable et bénéficie d'un espace extérieur apprèciable à l'avant comme à l'arrière. Accueil de qualité par la propriétaire présente à notre arrivée. Petits et grands ont été ravis ! Merci

Magnifique séjour!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette grande et belle maison. Petits et grands, chacun a trouvé son bonheur et son espace. La maison est très propre et rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'accueil est parfait avec ces petites attentions qui montrent la volonté que les vacanciers passent un moment agréable. L'emplacement au centre de la Bretagne est ideal pour rayonner dans la région.
