The Tildren cottage is a charming and welcoming holiday home. On the ground floor: - You will be welcomed by a lovely veranda leading to a fully equipped kitchen, open to a spacious living room and a comfortable lounge. - A WC with a washbasin completes this bright living space. Upstairs: - Three bedrooms with wardrobes are at your disposal, each furnished with a double bed (140x190cm), including one landing bedroom. - A bathroom. Outside: - Enjoy a private enclosed area perfect for relaxation, with garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Private parking, a laundry room, and a secure garage for bicycles and motorcycles are also available. The cottage is semi-detached with another property, sharing a common entrance via a gate. Suitable for remote work. Monthly rentals are available upon request. 25 km away, don't miss Lake Guerlédan with its equipped beach, which offers many activities: hiking, cruising and kayaking. Lovers of old stones and heritage will be delighted to stroll through the streets of Pontivy and visit its castle, located 11 km from the cottage. 14 km away, Guéméné-Sur-Scorff labeled "Small City of Character", is worth the detour with its cobbled streets and its famous sausage to taste without moderation! For your swimming days, the beaches of Larmor Plage and Guidel are 60 km away. A stone's throw from the cottage, admire the Notre Dame de Quelven basilica, a listed historic monument, which is one of the most grandiose buildings in Morbihan. For heritage days, we recommend visiting the marine city in Lorient and the Château de Josselin. Between southern Morbihan and the northern coasts, the region of Pontivy is full of architectural sites and green spaces: ideal for green holidays rich in discovery!
