This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a sofa-bed and a golf course and small lake view. Please note that this building does not have an elevator. You must reserve and pay for your rental through this website! ALL TAXES ARE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR FIRST PAYMENT. You can receive a quote, book your desired dates and pay for the rental at the same time. Please note that we can accommodate up to 6 guests, but we do not permit more than 4 adults! No motorcycles, electric bikes, trailers, golf carts and buses are permitted within the Ironwood Community!
A very much-overlooked part of the booking process begins with VRBO not sharing any booking information with the owners, and rightfully so due to privacy issues; therefore, we require the renter to provide their home address, home phone (if applicable), and cell phone number within 24 hours of receipt of our request of this information so we can prepare the rental agreement for your signature and a copy returned for filing. The rental process is not complete until the rental agreement process is completed! Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this extremely important phase of the rental process.
We offer Free Wi-Fi, digital cable and unlimited local and long-distance phone calls within the United States and Canada. We also provide all the comforts of home such as spices for cooking, Keurig Coffee Maker, Cuisinart Pressure Cooker, many other small appliances, and a full complement of cookware. We also offer (1) 55" smart TV in the living area and (2) 32" smart TV's in the bedrooms, plus a Blu-Ray DVD Player connected to the 55" smart TV. This well-appointed and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the second level is located within the Barefoot Resort. The golf course view is the 13th fairway on the Greg Norman Golf Course. As a bonus, you can enjoy the view of a small lake running behind the villas.
The barefoot resort offers the best of all worlds with regard to its beauty and amenities. It boasts 4 championship golf courses and a driving range for the golf enthusiast, nearby Atlantic Ocean for beach lovers. You are within walking distance of the Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy great shopping, exciting restaurants, the Alabama Theatre, and the largest House of Blues in the United States.
We are also near Broadway At The Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, two outlet malls, and the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Children may enjoy a visit to the Alligator Adventure at Barefoot Landing, Ripley s Aquarium at Broadway At The Beach, or one of our many miniature golf courses.
This well maintained and appointed condo offers a king size bed in the master bedroom with a 3" memory foam pad for your comfort. The master bedroom has a full private bath and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. There is a second full bath in the hall between the guest bedroom and the living/dining area. You will be able to relax in the leather rocker/recliners in the living area while you watch your favorite TV shows. This unit is a non-smoking environment.
Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, table and chairs on the screened porch, private community pool, community grilling area just steps away from the condo, volleyball and basketball court, tennis court, bike paths, and much more. In addition to previously mentioned features, our posted rental rates include all taxes and departure cleaning fee. Bed sheets/blankets, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, kitchen towels, kitchen and bathroom rugs, (2) hair dryers, hand and bath soap, bathroom tissue, dish soap, and counter cleaner are furnished. Free shuttle service (seasonal) is available to the beach .... there is a schedule in the condo for our guests. We also provide a few complimentary items such as coffee, artificial sweetener, dish washer soap and laundry soap in a welcome basket to help you begin enjoying your vacation immediately.
There are no keys to bother with when you arrive. The door combination will be provided after the reservation process that includes a rental agreement is completed, and well in advance of your arrival. No motorcycles, motor homes, or trailers of any kind are permitted on the premises.
Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday beginning the Saturday before Memorial Day and ending the Friday following Labor Day. ONLY 7-NIGHT RENTALS AVAILABLE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. DURING THE OFF-SEASON, YOU MAY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, AND THERE IS A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED.
