“Sheppards by the Sea” beautiful waterfront home with pool and view
Enjoy your next family or work vacation at this tropical paradise! Great room has ample seating with large dinning table and television (cable and smart.) Bank of windows provides water views of Redfish Canal and Little Bay. Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. Four bedrooms and three 1/2 baths. Sleeps 8-10.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king size bed with a fold out twin chair and en suite bathroom with shower/tub and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the Third bedroom has a queen bed with a small balcony. These bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with private entries and vanities and shared toilet and tub/shower. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with two twin beds with twin trundles to sleep four (best for children) . A third bathroom serves this room with a shower and Mexican tile sink.

Outside, the landscaping is mature and lush. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the back porch overlooking the water and swimming pool (heater available October through April) with lounges and grill area. Large deck area perfect for playing corn hole (provided) or sunbathing. Canal ladder, two kayaks, pool toys and and life vests available for your enjoyment
