Dolphin Bay, Waterfront home w/pool, bay views and boat dock, sleeps 10.

Come stay in our beautiful waterfront home and make happy memories. Our home sleeps 10 people and there are five beds. Enjoy the coastal views of Aransas Bay from back upper deck. Spacious kitchen, dining, living room with large dining table that seats 6 and huge kitchen island with 5 bar stools. Big screen TV with comfortable sofa to relax on. Tv in all the bedrooms. Two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Laundry room downstairs. Covered porch off the living room with a large dining table to sit at and enjoy the views of the canal and Aransas Bay. Lovely garden with a gorgeous pool. The pool area and back of the house gets the afternoon shade so you can enjoy the outdoors and take a cooling dip in the pool. Bring your boat and dock it in the canal at the back of the house. We have approximately 36 ft for you to dock your own boat with 3 pilings to tie up to. We are walking distance to Bayshore Drive beaches and you can drive over to Rockport Beach which is super clean, safe for small children, has lots of cabanas, toilets and showers. You do need to buy a beach pass to get through the gates.

We have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a security camera on the upper back deck focused on the boat. We do allow one pet only with a fee of $55.00 which goes to our wonderful housekeepers. Please no pets on beds or sofas and please don’t try to climb up onto our boat which is on the lift. Take all your groceries from the fridge home with you and any pool toys you bring with you.

We love our home and have many happy family memories from spending time there. Rockport is a gem with many great restaurants.

Please do not park any vehicle or trailer on the front lawn. This happened recently and we got a letter from the HOA threatening a fine.

My family and I had the best time here! The pool is so fresh and amazing! We had our Jet Ski and boat, so having a place to dock them was great and so easy. The owners were amazing and had great communication with us! We will definitely stay here again.

Restful Stay

Overall nice property, cute decor, small kitchen, comfortable beds. Back door doorbell was a little annoying when we were in/out throughout the day. Felt like we were walking into CVS or Walgreens and being greeted by a ringing doorbell! :-) Too bad we couldn't use the jet ski or kayak. Plenty of beds for our group of 6. Shared bathroom had drainage issues on our last day. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for the teens.

We had family come into Rockport for Texas A&M Corpus Christi's graduation. The home was clean and had plenty of space. The outdoor area was perfect for grilling, swimming, and fishing.

Lovely Home

Very nice property. No issues. Owners were prompt in getting back to me when needed. We enjoyed our stay. Just with the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the pool for more than one day..

Relaxing stay

It was vary relaxing! We had fun swimming in the pool at night and going to the beach that is nearby. One day we rented a golf cart and went exploring. The downtown district had lots of little shops. One is called 4 the birds and we highly recommend the jalapeño jelly’s they are locally made. When we did have a question Amanda was fast to respond. It was a nice getaway.

Awesome House

My family and I loved every minute of the trip. The house was clean and nice. And the pool was the best part! The property owners communicated promptly for all our needs. I will definitely be staying there again next summer. This is my new go-to spot. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

Location was awesome. Really everything was. Cleaners missed a dog poop from previous guest I guess. But it was hidden under a chair. Not holding that against anyone per se. Cause other than that company paid office girls trip was a blast.. can't wait to rent again. 10 stars on the out door atmosphere

A+ experience!!

We would definitely stay here again!! Great location to stores, restaurants, and shopping. Kids and I stayed plenty busy with exciting things to do….Bring your fishing poles and swim suits. We caught a few different species of fish and a few giant blue crabs (crabs ate well on the back deck)! Even though our stay was over New Years the kids were able to take advantage of the pool (convenient down stairs restroom with shower allied them to warm up quickly as it was a little chilly). My pin-laws chose a much slower pace vacation reading and relaxing on the back deck with water views all while being in eye site of the younger folks’ activities. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had and easy check in and out. Over all A+ location and experience!!

Fun time

It’s a great property and has everything you need/want. The Pool is fantastic but be sure to bring water shoes. The best part is you get shade in pool starting about 3:00. This is our second time to stay at the property. The renovations made were perfect from the 1st time to our second stay. We did miss the outdoor shower but isn’t a big deal either. The only thing that we didn’t like is they have a personal boat, a raft on the dock and jet ski in the water/dock area plus we brought our own boat. This left almost no room for our kids to fish off the dock. Other than that this is a fantastic property that is well taken care of and perfect for a family vacation.

We have been long time second homeowners on Key Allegro. We love the peace and quiet here. The bird watching is amazing, and dolphins are always seen every time we go into the bay, and they do come up our canal. Shopping is very good on Austin Street which is the historical part of Rockport with some very unique privately owned shops. Visit the new Art Centre. Rockport has some great restaurants, such as Gabriela's Tapa Bar and Restaurant just across the bridge from Key Allegro, 495 Chesapeake Eats and Latitude 28 02 Coastal Cuisine & Fine Art, Moondog Seaside Eatery, The Groove. Pier 77 is a place where you can BYOB with large portions of delicious home cooked food. The Sugar Shack is a fun bar on Fulton Beach Road.

Our home is a very relaxing home. You will enjoy the pool which stays cool in the hot Texas summers because it gets the afternoon shade at about 3pm and the sea breezes add additional . You can sit outside downstairs and be cool under the shade of the upper deck. We have two barbeque grills to cookout on.

What makes this property unique

The pool stays cool because of the afternoon shade. There are two sun loungers and four poolside chairs, and the seating area under the house to relax in. There are outside hanging lights to light up the deck and pool area in the evenings. The pool lights change color and are very pretty. Watch the Pelicans, Herons, Cormorants and Egrets fly past. You will see dolphin swim up and down our cancal too. Usually early morning.
