Coastal Class Waterfront - "Fish, relax and enjoy the views"

Waterfront Home 4 Bedroom/3 Bath/ Sleeps 10 with 3 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins.

You won't be disappointed with this 4 bedroom (3 king bedrooms) , 3 full bath gorgeous vacation home in Rockport, TX. Not only is it the classiest in the area it is also exceptionally clean. As the homeowners and property managers we maintain a higher standard for our rentals that you won't experience anywhere else.

We are Pet Friendly and allow well behaved, house trained, pest free dogs for a fee of $150 plus tax per pet. Maximum of three - NO PUPPIES. Dogs must be crated when left alone at the home.

The home's location has a quaint, cozy feel and is located right on the water on a beautiful canal just seconds to the bay. It has exceptional water views from two separate balconies. You can fish right off our private lighted fishing dock or you are seconds away from entering the Bay with your boat and experiencing some of the best fishing the Gulf Coast has to offer.

The master suite, located upstairs, has a king bed and private balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the abundant wildlife and boats heading out for their big catch. It also has a flat screen TV with cable and large master bath with a whirlpool tub and large glassed in shower.

In the evening, both balconies are perfect for watching our fabulous sunsets.

This home is furnished with upscale coastal decor, wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two flat screen TV's. It has Cable and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking (including a regular drip and Keurig coffee machine) and we replace our dishes and pots and pans regularly.

Located on the main level of the home is the living area, dining room, kitchen, guest bath and two guest bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms have king beds. Upstairs, in addition to the Master Suite which has a king bed, there is another bedroom (Flip Flop room) which has a queen bed, 2 twins and a full bath attached to this bedroom.

The downstairs street level - right on the water - is where the fishing dock is located and it is great for having a large group gather for fishing, eating or just relaxing. A large portion of the downstairs area is covered. There is a propane bbq grill here.

Our guests always tell us our home is much nicer than they expected. And of course, Rockport's dining, shopping, blue wave beach and community pool are close by for you to enjoy too!

City of Rockport Aquatic Park/Community pool is about 10 minute car ride - minimal fee.

Wonderful Stay in Rockport!

Terri's home was beautiful and very comfortable for our weekend stay. Everything was thoughtfully furnished and it felt that we were staying at a friend's home, rather than a rental property. I would highly recommend staying here to others in the future.

Comfy place, good location

My family stayed at the Coastal Class home over Thanksgiving and had a really great time. The house was very clean and comfortable and the outside area with the dock were great. We caught a bunch of fish off the dock and had a great time relaxing outside.

Annual family vacation

Terry and Bart are friendly and welcoming. They stopped to drop off duck food for the little ones. House is furnished with all your needs. They know the city week so don’t be afraid to ask for best restaurants or where to find Fresh jumbo shrimp. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Beautiful house in a quiet area with a great fishing dock

This house met all of our expectations. It was beautiful both inside and out, and very well furnished with about everything you need for your stay. The house itself was very roomy and quiet. My two adult sons enjoyed the fishing dock. They caught trout, reds, drum, and a sheep head. The fish were small, but still really fun to catch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It is in a great location and on a canal so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The home is gorgeous inside; beautifully decorated, gorgeous master bedroom/bath and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, etc. There were 8 adults and we were all very comfortable! Short drive to town.

Wonderful Place

We had the best time at this house. It was clean and very comfortable for our party of 7. The patio on the canal is where we spent most of our time. My kids loved fishing, and we all enjoyed the ducks. One thing, make sure you bring your own spices. Our first dinner was a little bland, but that was an easy fix the next day. Every house we’ve rented has had at least salt and pepper, so we were not prepared. The owners were super friendly and gave my kids a lot of advice on fishing. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come back to Rockport we will stay here again!

Family Connection

A wonderful vacation spending time with our daughters, their partners and our two grandsons, 5 and 8. The boys, especially the 8 year old, did not want to leave. They loved the dock with all the fishing excitement. All of us enjoyed Rockport beach, the July Fourth fireworks show over Little Bay, the Community Pool, and dolphin morning sightings in the canal. Downtown Rockport is always fun. We enjoyed Its a Grind for morning coffee and all the stores downtown for souvenirs of our trip. I really enjoyed family meals around the dinner table with everyone together- priceless memories!

Absolute Paradise

Our annual fishing vacation took us to Rockport, TX where we found this little gem that met all the criteria for our large family. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were nice and comfy too. The 2 balconies provided some stunning views of the sunset and dolphins. The back patio was our favorite hangout… it did get a little warm but the front had a nice breeze and shade. The second fridge in the garage was great for storing all the beverages and extra ice for the coolers. We can’t wait to visit again soon.
