We are dog lovers! Please note this home has security cameras on the outside of home for your car safety.
Possibility to arrange fishing in the bay with a guide or hunt ducks with a guide.

Had a wonderful trip with a large group for my birthday. Beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for appliances and cookware. We didn’t use the laundry, but two sets of W/D to make it easy if you need them. Pool was convenient and a good size for our group to lounge. All in all a great place for us.

There were some things around the house that needed to be repaired. The host was out of the country so communication took a while. Overall we had a great time at the house. We fished and swam the entire time. The pool was very nice and perfect for hanging out.

The property was clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. The location was great, close to everything. The pool and beach towels were perfect. Don’t worry if you don’t get the access information before hand, we got it 10 minutes prior to check in. The layout was perfect for us. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms each and two sets of rooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms. It was a nice surprise to find a kayak and paddle board with life jackets. We will be back next year.

Cannot say enough great things about this property! We stay in Rockport frequently, and this by far was our favorite stay. We will most definitely request to book again. Home was spacious, clean, great location, and the host was communicative and accomodating. 5 stars!

The host was awesome but the property was not desirable at all! The sliding doors were so hard to open and close the outdoor area was not even and not acceptable to the pictures they showed, the tile was uneven and cracked not the worst place but not desirable for the price! I’m very middle of the road for the property, the house is so out of date and run down . The house was clean.

When I arrived I did not get check in instructions and had to call VRBo. Upstairs sliding glass door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. Refrigerator smelled like dead shrimp and bed I slept in did not have a top sheet. They sent repairman the next day to fix door and a maid tried to clean refrigerator but it still smelled terrible. All in all for the amount of money we spent it was not a good experience.

The house was perfect for our group. It was close to everything we needed. We loved the pool!!! The beds were super comfy. The house overall was comfy. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The neighborhood was quiet. Nicolas answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you for a great stay!!!!
