Master Bedroom upstairs has King Bed with Private Bathroom and Flat Screen TV. Two More Guest Bedrooms with Queen Bed and 2 Twins include a Guest Bathroom. Everything was great, the only negative was the pool water was somewhat dirty and clouded. I reported that to the property manager and was told the pump wasn't working , but the pool was tested and was safe to swim in.

The lake

There were a few problems but both the agent and the home owner were very helpful and involved. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful home and water view. Bird watching from the deck is amazing. I would most definitely recommend this home.

Great Getaway

Great location to stay and enjoy Rockport. We went to the beach a day and returned back to relax by the pool. Night fishing off the pier was also relaxing and fun. We also got a show from the pier with a family of Dolphins feeding in the bay! Awesome place to stay with plenty of rooms and space! Recommend and will surely stay again!

Perfect house on Salt Lake

Our family had a wonderful stay here. House was perfect! My parents were with us and loved there was a bedroom, bath and little coffee station on the ground floor. Such a plus! Plenty of room for all of us. Nice pool. Great outdoor area for enjoying the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place so much!

If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay in Rockport this is the place. Everything was just as it was advised. Plus, it came fully stocked with everything you need while you’re there! Not only did it have a pool, it had a pier with lights for night fishing. Completely fantastic and will definitely be staying again!

Perfect Memorial Day weekend for our family

The house is beautiful and very accommodating. Except for the washing machine not working and lack of cleats on the boat dock, we had everything we needed including lots of tables and chairs for card games, lounges for sunning and a very refeshing pool. The house is brand new and very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home! The rental accommodated our group of 7 adults. All the beds were comfortable with the exception of the twin room! The mattresses were hard and thin, but that is my ONLY complaint!! Pool and deck were amazing! We would definitely book again!

2nd time to stay here

This is our second time to stay at the property. The43 is a bit more wear on the outside dock and deck, but overall, it’s just as nice as it was several years ago. We enjoy how convenient this location is and my little boy and nephews love having the pool to themselves. I do think they’ve added a few more bowls/pots/pans/etc since our last stay because the kitchen had every single thing we needed. The fridge door was broken, so having to make sure it shut properly was a constant concern of mine because of the kids, but the property manager had let me know about that ahead of time, so I didn’t worry that we had somehow broken it. Overall, great property with room to spread out. We’d definitely book here again.

Family Get-Away

Let me first start off by stating I am a clean freak, with that being said…..this home was clean OTHER than the living room furniture, throw pillows, large throw rugs, and lastly….carpet on the stairs. I wouldn’t let our grandchildren lay on the sofas or go barefoot in the house. Luckily enough there was a linen closet that was chauked full of clean sheets which i draped over the furniture. But, the rest of the house was clean, and VERY nice….especially the outside area which lets face it…..where most people stay when they go on vacation! The garage was stocked full of pool toys, and floats and had a huge refrigerator/freezer where we kept drinks cool for the day vs going up stairs each time, etc. Also, the fishing pier was super close to the house. The weather was super windy so we did not get a chance to fish :(. Lastly, unless they get new bath and kitchen towels and washcloths, I will be bringing my own the next visit…..as they were very old, tattered, and ruff. We will definitely be putting this house on the top of our list of houses to stay in again! Cheers

Overall we thought it was a nice house, good location, clean with comfortable beds. Fishing off the personal dock was fun and having a pool was great! I love it that a regular coffee pot was available. We had everything we needed for our little vacay

This house met all expectations. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool and private fishing dock. Location to other activities was good. Short drive to park and beach on the Gulf. We stayed a week and no one wanted to leave. Will definitely save info on this house for future trips.

This house is very user friendly . The pool was perfect . Beds were comfy and felt like home . The kitchen was masterfully labeled and thoroughly supplied with any and all utensils . Check in and out was a snap . Definitely will return .

Grill was in gross state from last guest. Living room had water damage mold on ceiling. Master had the same on wall next to door. Needs an exterminator bad a lot of roaches outside. Other than those things it was good.
