Master Bedroom upstairs has King Bed with Private Bathroom and Flat Screen TV. Two More Guest Bedrooms with Queen Bed and 2 Twins include a Guest Bathroom. Only 3-4 spoons for our group of 9. The host was very unresponsive- almost always unavailable. This was our biggest complain. The living room was short of seating for a group of 10 if you wanted to watch tv in evening. The house was nice and the view very nice. The house was clean when we checked in.

The host was awesome providing an easy to follow check-in/check-out sheet during our amazing Waterfront Vacation Stay...always readily available with info when needed.We truly enjoyed an incredible view of the water with different birds (mostly pelicans) feeding and an occasional dolphin! Watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck was the highlight of every day!Perfect property location for our family gatherings even enjoyed the pool in November! A well stocked kitchen providing necessary items for preparing and serving our meals...Overall, looking forward to a return trip!

This house met all expectations. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool and private fishing dock. Location to other activities was good. Short drive to park and beach on the Gulf. We stayed a week and no one wanted to leave. Will definitely save info on this house for future trips.

Great Getaway

Great location to stay and enjoy Rockport. We went to the beach a day and returned back to relax by the pool. Night fishing off the pier was also relaxing and fun. We also got a show from the pier with a family of Dolphins feeding in the bay! Awesome place to stay with plenty of rooms and space! Recommend and will surely stay again!

Everything was great, the only negative was the pool water was somewhat dirty and clouded. I reported that to the property manager and was told the pump wasn't working , but the pool was tested and was safe to swim in.

The lake

There were a few problems but both the agent and the home owner were very helpful and involved. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful home and water view. Bird watching from the deck is amazing. I would most definitely recommend this home.

We loved this place so much!

If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay in Rockport this is the place. Everything was just as it was advised. Plus, it came fully stocked with everything you need while you’re there! Not only did it have a pool, it had a pier with lights for night fishing. Completely fantastic and will definitely be staying again!

Perfect house on Salt Lake

Our family had a wonderful stay here. House was perfect! My parents were with us and loved there was a bedroom, bath and little coffee station on the ground floor. Such a plus! Plenty of room for all of us. Nice pool. Great outdoor area for enjoying the sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving family stay

Me and my family enjoy our Thanksgiving stay. The house is well supplied with everything needed to cook and serve a Thanksgiving meal with family and friends. Several guests enjoyed fishing of the dock and caught and released red fish, hard heads etc. We had eight folks and the bathroom and sleeping arrangements worked out well.

Perfect Memorial Day weekend for our family

The house is beautiful and very accommodating. Except for the washing machine not working and lack of cleats on the boat dock, we had everything we needed including lots of tables and chairs for card games, lounges for sunning and a very refeshing pool. The house is brand new and very clean and comfortable.

Washer is Brand New and a Circuit Board was out, sorry for the inconvenience - We wish manufacturers would go back to a simpler style of washer.
