Outside you will love the expansive views of Aransas Bay from both the upstairs and downstairs AND OUR NEW POOL. Wide open spaces surround you and there’s always a nice breeze to enjoy in Bahia Bay. The outdoor dining area is a perfect complement to an in-ground Park Grill that’s ready for your catch of the day. The first floor deck is completely covered and fenced in, with just a few steps down to a large terrace that is perfect for relaxing in the sun or reading a good book. There’s plenty of lighting outside, a boat lift and a fish cleaning station for your use. Drop a line in the canal and see what you catch! Our 36’ long 2 car garage will accommodate most boat trailers and there’s ample parking in the driveway too.

Inside you’ll find we’ve paid attention to every detail. The home is tastefully decorated with coastal flare – lots of windows take advantage of the views and make it bright, beautiful AND comfortable. There are 2 living areas and 4 TV’s with Hulu Live. There’s high speed internet for when you need to plug in, and games and puzzles for when you need to un-plug.

Master suite, living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. Downstairs living area has fantastic bay views, more than enough seating for the whole family and you will love how easy it is to entertain in the large open concept space. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances and is well stocked with everything you need. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. There’s also a half bath downstairs.

The beautiful master suite is very private, with a king bed, TV, deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, 2 sinks and a large master closet. The lamps in the master bedroom even have USB ports in them – we’ve thought of everything!

Upstairs you will find another large living area with a TV, 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one has a TV in the room), a full bath, 4 custom built-in twin bunk beds (yep, we added USB ports and outlets to the bunk beds) and a large deck with gorgeous views of Estes Flats – some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. A wet bar area offers you a sink, fridge and coffee maker – you don’t even have to go downstairs to greet the morning with a cup of joe or toast the sunset with a glass of wine.
