Fishermen/Sunsets paradise. Cozy home. View of front bay and canal in the back, quiet neighborhood with 4 bedrooms w/2 baths. Fully stock kitchen. Sleeps 8 guests. Beautiful sunsets. Private Boat ramp, 2 kayaks with life vest (at your own risk), fishing dock in canal, plenty of parking for it all. Relax with the whole family at this cute peaceful beach house. Watch TV in the living room or in the kitchen while cooking. Kids can play in private sand beach in the back.

Patio below has a sink, 1/2 bath, refrigerator (No Bait), washer and dryer, long picnic table, BBQ grill (gas and charcoal). Private boat parking w/ fishing dock and cleaning table. Boat ramp access to Copano Cove Bay in less than 3 minutes. About 15 minutes away from Downtown Rockport, grocery store, restaurants and Fulton Beach.

Good weekend place

We stayed here for my cousins wedding this past weekend and it was great experience. The house was clean and had all the appliance we needed. Each bedroom had a cute little animal on the bed made out of towels. The little fishing dock in the back was nice. My mom and brother were able to walk down to it and fish and watch all the ducks swim. The owner was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Even after we checked in, she even double checked with us to make sure everything was good

As promised

This was an outstanding vacation home. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, outdoor fridge & freezer for extra storage, has a tabletop blackstone complete with propane. Rules are posted & easy to follow. Comfortable sitting areas & beds.Wonderful breeze cames thru the downstairs sitting area all day to make the outdoors more enjoyable. Within minutes of stores and beaches. Dock complete with 3 green lights, benches, outdoor lighting and kayaks. We had the privilege of meeting Mr. Mulder, he is a wonderful and friendly gentleman, Mrs. Mulder stayed in contact with us from the first inquiry to sending a message of safe travels home, couldn't ask for better care.Home has plenty of parking and is pet friendly. This home was perfect for us as grand & great grand parents. As a bonus we were able to find another home two doors down for our grown kids & grandkids. Highly recommend this tranquil home & this area. We will definitely be back.

Guys trip weekend

We stayed here at this property for a 50th birthday with friends. I can't say enough good things about Marti as a host. I don't believe I've ever had a VRBO/Abb host as responsive and kind as Marti! She was so responsive and super helpful! Best host ever had! The house is secluded but right next to the water. Only about 10 min from downtown. Beautiful house and well furnished. Rooms were very nice and good for adults!! Super clean. My friends and I were very impressed! Probably one of the top 2 or 3 places I've ever rented in regard to cleanliness and accuracy and just aesthetic to be true! And the best host I've ever had! Great downstairs for hanging out. We played poker and grilled. Love the towels! So fluffy!!! We were able to fish with ease as well. Really great place, amazing hosts. Can't wait to stay here again! Thanks Marti!!!!
