Waterfront, Boat Ramp & Dock, Decks, Kayaks, Pet-Friendly!

Watch the sun rise over the water while the Cormorants dive down in the water catching fish. Situated on two intersecting canals that are great for catching Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and the occasional Alligator Gar. Large kitchen and living room lead to a large covered deck and fishing dock where the ocean breeze awaits. All amenities to cook and entertain. We provide three (3) Kayaks for our guest to use during their visit. The canals are just a short paddle to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. Private boat ramp for you to launch your boat with a deck built lower to the water to make it easier to get in and out of your boat with a fish cleaning stand that has both running water and electricity. Underwater green light/lights help bring in the fish. Backyard is fully fenced with a charcoal and propane grill that allow you to cook while fishing. House is single level so no going up and down the stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to town for our needs, Corpus Christi was about 40 minutes away. The house had plenty of room for us. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. TVs in every bedroom (we didn't use them) and in the living room. There were a couple of kitchen items we couldn't find, but we made do without. We wished the beds were a little more firm, but everyone has their own preferences. Overall, this was a great place to stay. If we return to the area, we would rent this place again.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and has everything in the kitchen that you would need to use to cook. The house is in an area that is very quiet. We had a very relaxing weekend there. Great cozy house for family get together. Lots of beach boutiques, very beautiful beaches, or just staying home and fishing was great too. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2-10 yearolds and our dog. Would definitely stay here again!
